Use to order religiously every month for nearly 2 years, I got sick in July and have only just ordered this month… I think this will be the last month and a regular lost. My lashes went from 8.99 to 12.99 in the space of a 2 months. It’s just greed..it’s starting to get more expensive than a Tec. Think I’d rather pay a lash tec then I won’t have the hassle of fitting myself. There’s not even a reward system or anything for loyalty. The product isn’t as good as it used to be. Only plus is the friendly postie

I love these lashes
I bought Amor lashes a year ago after seeing an ad on Instagram. I used them once, thought they were good, then put them into the drawer never to be seen again
Fast forward to now, I kept seeing ads for different lashes and remembered I had some already. Did them again, (took me about 20mins on the first try) they lasted 5 days, fabulous. Decided to try Lolas lashes and they just weren't as nice, so I have gone back to Amor and ordered lots more to keep me going. I use the individual lashes that you put under your lash line using the adhesive bond, and then seal it. My current set has been on for 5 days now and isn't even budging (and this time it only took me 5mins to do!)
I know people say they have issues with the pre-glued lashes, but I've never used those so I can't comment, but the individuals are so nice and save me so much time every morning.
I'm looking forward to using these on my next holiday. They've really boosted my confidence for such a low price too.

Bought these a few times and they were great but the last twice I have bought them the Eyelash isn’t as sticky and wouldn’t stick properly very dissatisfied with them as they cost a lot of money 😔

Our pre-glued lashes are designed to stay in place for multiple days, and in many cases where customers experience difficulty with adhesion, we find that a few small adjustments to application can make a huge difference. We’re always more than happy to work with our customers, offer personalised advice and help them achieve the wear they should be getting from their lashes.
If the product is genuinely faulty, we will of course investigate this and provide an appropriate resolution. We would never expect a customer to simply keep a faulty product.
We’re also sorry to hear you’ve had difficulty contacting us. Our Customer Service team are available and happy to help, so please contact us through the contact form on our website with your order details and we can look into both the product and your previous contact attempts.
We’d really appreciate the opportunity to help you with this and hopefully give you a much better experience with your lashes.
Not the same
I have been wearing amor lashes for years and always love them, that's why I keep going back, but the last few orders of the pre glued lashes havent been so good.
They do look nice once on, but I struggled for them to stick under my own lashes had to try multiple times until I got them to stick, and they fell off after a couple of days where normally they will last me at least a week to 10 days.

Pre glue lashes
Ordered the pre glued strip lashes and cluster lashes, the cluster pre glued are fabulous! Unfortunately the pre glued strip lashes were not sticky or strong enough to hold and had glue missing. Still waiting to hear back from customer services about my order!

Awful
Got product. Wasn't happy .sent email .returned at my own expense , realised i hadn't heard anything so emailed. They responded with "the item has been used,therefore we cannot accept returns as a goodwill gesture, we can resend back to you ,to which as much as im angry accepted the return back. Decided to give them a go absolutely useless!! Took too long to apply and came off instantly. So annoyed, i contacted them they ignored me even sent a video showing them they then asked so many questions and will do a thorough investigation as to why they havent worked. They are no good. I demanded a refund, funny enough they have now completed ignored me .i wasn't going to give a scathing review, but as they are not prepared to offer a refund for a product that clearly doesn't work i decided i would .

As explained during our correspondence, due to hygiene reasons we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds for lashes that have already been used. This is outlined within our returns policy and is a requirement we have to follow for hygiene-sensitive products.
When we received your return and found that the lashes had been used, we offered to send them back to you rather than dispose of them, which you accepted.
Following this, when you contacted us to say you were still experiencing difficulties, our Customer Service team continued to work with you to try to understand what was happening and help resolve the issue.
We’re sorry that you feel you were ignored, as this certainly isn’t the experience we want any customer to have. We did work with you to try to resolve the difficulties you were experiencing; however, we’re unable to issue a refund for a used product unless a product fault can be established.
We completely appreciate your disappointment and are genuinely sorry that you didn’t have the experience you had hoped for.
What a shame
What a shame! Spent £42 on 3 packages and they do look stunning I give you that but do not stick. Once I’ve done one eye it all fallen off and yeah my eyes were clean, not oily neither wet. I have tried again and again the same thing. Straight after I applied my usual Tatti preglued lashed and they stack beautifully so please do not tell me it was my fault!

Absolutely love House of Amor lashes
Absolutely love House of Amor lashes, been using them for year, since I got a sample in a beauty advent calender almost 3 years ago. They last about a week and so easy to apply. I've just tried their press on toenails for my holiday this week and they are incredible. Even my nail tech was fooled 🤣 (I don't let anyone touch my feet)

I have tried so many different lashes over the years and hands down Amor are my absolute favourite! I’ve been using nothing but these for a couple of years now. So easy to use (can even put them on after a couple of glasses of vino lol) and they last up to 10 days for me! Highly recommended! 🫶🏻

10/10 Lashes & Nails
I would not be without House of Amor lashes! A staple in my make up bag and my go to, i love the new pre glued under lash...game changer! Chestnut brown lashes are my faves! The press ons are are also the best quality on the press on market and i have tried a fair few! :-) also the customer service is top notch and the delivery is super quick (my experience!) The shop is also really cute and defo worth a visit 😍

House of Amor have THE best false nails I’ve ever tried. They last longer than 2 weeks and delivery is always on time.
Their eyelashes are also the best I’ve tried. Well, they were the first ones I’ve tried and I haven’t used any since.

House of Amor products are amazing!
House of Amor products are amazing! Been using them about 3 years now. For a full time working Mum I need to be put together when I have 0 time. Lashes take 10minutes to apply, stay on for days, and I can look presentable without spending hours I don’t have getting ready in the morning. Quality is great, glue is strong, removal with the products is easy, quick, and doesn’t harm your natural lashes. Delivery is always quick and reliable. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Never shop anywhere else!

Amazing brand and lovely team
I’ve been using house of amor since late 2021 and they’re just amazing. The variety of lash styles is overwhelming (in the best way possible) and the same goes for their press on nails. They always respond quickly to any queries whether that be via social media or their website. The lashes do take practice but once you’ve nailed the application you’ll get 7 days out of them. I’ll always recommend them.

I have been using Amour lashes now House of Amour for many years. From the lashes to the pre glued im hooked. Sadly a baby means I dont wear as much but when I do I feel a million dollars. Amazing products, I have a subscription for nails, lashes and toenails and they’re perfect each month. Started off with the usual lashes which I used for years but recently been converted to Lazy Girl lashes and they’re so good! Lashes can easily last 10 days to 2 weeks and the nails last 2 weeks+! Customer service is always very punctual and lovely. Highly, highly recommend 🥰
