Inputted my card details and then had an email from my bank that my card had been added to an apple pay wallet - I have a Samsung. Froze and cancelled my card immediately. Fraud, do not use.

No response from customer service
The reviews here about their poor logistics are unfortunately very true. I received the wrong scent of the item I ordered. The packing slip was correct but the item itself was wrong. I pointed this out to organicskincare. Their first response was that they did ship the right item. I sent a follow up with a photo showing the packing slip and the incorrect item I received. No response. I followed up several weeks later asking for an update. No response.

This was my first time ordering. I am nothing but satisfied. From the ease of the site to the fast arrival. The packaging is beautiful and everything smells amazing! I received two samples with my order as well, which was a nice surprise! I am very excited to get started with these products!

Seller refused to refund and not…
Items worth more than 200 not received after waited more than 1.5months. Seller refused to refund and not replying email when purchased products are not received after more than 1.5months order has been placed. USPS tracking status not showing any transit updates for more than 1.5months. Not recommended to buy from this seller.
My reply to seller's replied : Seller has not reply to my email stating a claim has been file. Will update the status again if seller reply to me on the claim and full amount has been refunded.

took forever, product not as advertised
It took weeks to arrive first of all. I order something that is still advertised on their website as being 7 ounces (so I thought it was a good deal) but what I actually received was 5 ounces. Got jipped. If I'd know that, I would have ordered from another place that at least could have gotten me the product faster.
