Improvement needed: withdrawal! One of its big selling points compared to others is fast withdrawals, however having won a decent total I'm told it will be not less that 5 working days for someone to approve the withdrawal. This is too long of a process and is unnecessary. They point to 'checks' but these do not take that long and just seems an attempt to keep hold of winnings for longer and make winning a good amount unenjoyable.
If they processed quicker I would consider a higher rating

Opened an account today made a few deposits totaling £110 went to make another £20 deposit and got logged straight out.. tried to log back in and it failed . Contact support it said so I did.. and was told a decision has been made to close my account.. thr account was open for 30 mins or so was playing a few games then kicked out.. I wasn't given a reason or explanation as to why its been closed. Never used this casino in my life until today.. straight up theft! Welcome bonus is non existent. You deposit £20 and have to wager your own £20 60X to get their welcome bonus which as the majority of us know is nigh on impossible.

Actually got a 1000x plus of golden winner Halloween landed the 10 pound amount at x10.
Withdrawls I've had 4 so far: and they have all been approved the next day, even today on Sunday they were approved at around lunch time.

Scam site, they will not pay out.
Joined the site and won £700 and withdrew. They emailed me and said mg bank have rejected the withdrawal and to contact the bank. I then played and won £2500 and withdrew they now haven't paid me the winnings and have now closed my account completely. They have said that because I'm self excluded from another site they cannot pay me the winnings. Absolute scam please please please avoid this as they do not pay out. I will be taking this further.
They have replied saying they would have closed my account. But would they have closed the account and refunded any money I might have lost? I think not. My account was clearly closed because I won. Please avoid this site there are so many legit ones.

Was given free spins when I deposited use the free spins but the winnings from these aren't attached to your balance you have to go into your account and activate the bonus, I did it was £6 I spun the £6 all the way upto £800 once I had completed the wagering requirement my balance was then adjusted to £28 by the casino as the most you can win from bonus spins is 4x the amount you won with the bonus spins ?
