Late with their delivery when I paid extra for next day, yet refused any grace on the returns timescale, even though I explained I was only a few days outside of the legal minimum returns window, had just started a new business so had never been so busy, and only wanted to return fully resalable items for larger sizes... not how you deliver customer service in my opinion. I'm now another unhappy customer, who would have otherwise been a repeat customer.

We are happy with the purchase. The uniforms have a good embroidered quality as well as the uniform material. We plan to order more uniforms in the future.

I ordered a workwear bundle, and submitted my logo's.
When the proof arrived I asked if the size could be altered, which was no problem, once I'd approved the design I received my order within 4 days, which considering it was a Bank Holiday was amazing.

This group come up on fb. I needed uniforms for my ghost hunting business. I ordered loads. Price was great and they use regatta too. After paying, saw some bad reviews and panicked. 3 weeks later heard nothing. Emailed, got email back half hour later. I guess they are inundated with orders. Got my uniform today and the embroidery is top notch. We'll happy with my purches. Will order more in the future.

Received my work coat today with my company logo and my details exactly how I wanted it to be done xx totally top quality and super comfortable to wear and be seen whilst out doing my job with my dogs and puppies. The communication from the company has been second to none - I would highly recommend this company for all your embroidery needs as I’m now a loyal client for life all due to the quality and perfection of my coat

I have been ordering uniform from Mister Uniform for 8 months now. Becky is always really cheerful and so helpful. She always comes up with a solution to anything I have thrown at her.

I placed my order a couple of days after the new year and was given an automatic delivery date I believed would be unachievable due to the Christmas break. My order arrived exactly when I was told it would, the staff (Kitty) was very helpful when I made contact via email too.

The sizing of my order fits perfectly and for the price the quality of material is great! I would personally recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality work at a good price. Just be sure you pick the correct size and if you're unsure go one size up. I'm a large man and if I'd gone one size smaller like I am with some other brands I'd be busting at the seams.

I will be looking to use them again in the future.

Heard nothing then was told I would have a mock sample sent to me, declined the mock sample and have heard nothing since. Messaged and emailed to ask what happens now and even emailed to cancel the order and refund. Still no reply !!

Ordered 5 polo shirts and 3 sweatshirts with my logo for an open day for my business, with one of their deals. Not only the quality of the clothes are great, but the printing job is quite good too.
They have also speeded up my order upon request, something that not everyone does, thanks to Phil for organizing everything and making sure we received everything on time for the open day!

Excellent service and products. I would highly recommend. I ordered a bundle Tees, Polos, Jacket etc. for e in my start up business. Laura and the rest of the team were really helpful in getting to where I was happy with my logo. I am really happy with the results.

We ordered over 15 polo shirts, they arrived quickly but were absolutely enormous compared to their descriptions. We asked to return them and were asked to take endless photos with measurements on them which we did. We were told that the sizes were correct and that we could not return them without paying for postage etc, but when we pointed out that the length of the shirts (like dresses more than shirts) were a danger when worn near machinery did they allow us to return them for a full refund without paying the return postage. "Satisfaction guaranteed" was only true after a fight.

Placed an order a week ago, no reply to emails or messages! Called them today to be told items are out of stock (so why are they showing in stock online? And still showing in stock now?) and will take a month to come in stock to them before can be dispatched and then to be told an email was sent offering alternatives but received nothing. Asked for them to cancel my order and refund - said would be taking 10 working days! Customer service was appalling with no apologises or any empathy and told that an email was sent and it’s probably gone to junk whilst stuttering on the phone with guilt as lying. Will not be using this company again.

2nd order from this great company. Material, logo design, print and embroidery are very good. The wait is worth it.

Contrary to the couple of bad review they’ve very reasonably contactable, everything is as they say it is on the website. No complaints, will be using again!!
