What can I say. From start to finish and even during a complete logo redesign Kelly has been an absolute legend. Giving her honest feedback to make sure the logo and colour way would look it's absolute best. It's refreshing to have somebody actually care about the end product as much as I do. Highly recommend and will definitely be having ally uniform embroidery done by order uniforms UK.

Unfortunately the jumpers we ordered (with our branded customisation) were not a likeness to how they appeared on the website.
'S Orange' is not a solid orange colour as it appears on the . It is a Orange with noticeable white threads going through it showing the true poor quality of the product. The jumpers were also fairly bobbled.
Not only were they not up to standard, the company didn't send the full order. I am STILL (over 5 weeks since placing the order) waiting on the final jumper to arrive.

From the day I raised the concern and requested replacements it took the person I was liaising with 2 and a half weeks to tell me that the company were not willing to replace the items.
Instead, as an offer of 'Goodwill' they offered us discount on our next order. Typical business strategy.
Obviously, no amount of discount would lead me to order from this company again. All in all, a very disappointing experience, would not recommend.

I made an order from them and a really nice lady phoned me and explained everything to do with my order and the best way to get the best results for my order and then sent me a sample via email to make sure everything was before producing it and once I ok it then got it out to me with in days and everything was perfect thank you for all the hard work and I will 100% ordering again

I recently purchased uniforms from Order Uniform UK, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The quality of the fabric is very good - comfortable, durable, and looks great even after few washes. The fit was perfect, and I appreciate the wide range of sizes and colours available. The customer service was fantastic as well, with helpful staff who dealt with my queries quickly and professionally.

3 colour logo sent, the 3 colours confirmed to them in writing. They changed the Logo to 2 colours without asking permission or advising they had done so. All my fault as I didn't notice this in the mockup. Now they offer to remake in the 3 colours if I pay again, in fairness with some undisclosed discount.

Come on guys where's the customer communication and service?

Also beware of their layout diagrams one of the diagrams is the reverse of a t shirt, the diagrams are not labelled as front and back just a small curved line on the neck removed to indicate the back diagram???. In fairness they also wrote nape of neck, had to Google that one after the event.

Anyone would think they want you to get it wrong and have to pay twice 🤣

If you're in need of personalised clothing for your business id thoroughly recommend Order Uniform UK. We tried another company and after 3 months of getting fobbed off and passed from pillar to post have this company a go and from start to finish it's been professional and speedy service.

Will not recommend if you want a quick turnaround time, ordered just 6 pieces to look into ordering more once i was pleased with the items and service. Been 2 weeks and still not recieved not even in production stage AND i paid extra for quicker turnaround. Go somewhere else and do not waste your money there are loads cheaper out there with quicker and better service.

Where do I start, ordered some uniform, was sent an email me asking to confirm my lock up lock on my uniform, would have been great to see but the logo was not displayed, called the company to confirm logo was on the uniform they said everything was done and sent the items.
Received the items today but it’s not my order, it’s someone else’s order with a different company logo on, called them again and explained what’s happened, they are now saying some of the original items are now not in stock and if I want to exchange them for a different item. Have instructed the company to cancel my order as I needed the items for tomorrow morning but they have sent it anyway. Do not use! Shocking service!

I decided to use this company for my trail running group as they are local and I wanted to support local business. I like that you can go into the showroom and look at the products, check sizes etc before ordering which is always recommended. After an initial visit to the showroom, explaining my needs and uploading my logos to their website my experience has been excellent. I am on my third order now with no issues at all. I like that there are often discount codes you can apply to your online order. Friendly staff who go out of their way to help, especially Jude, who went out of her way to help me with my logos. Thanks guys.

Just received my personalised work wear and was absolutely delighted with it. I have a difficult logo and the got it perfect the quality of everything is great. Over the moon 😊

Really good quality clothing
good prices, took 3 and a half weeks which is a bit longer than expected but well worth it and good value for money.

So far two orders in, and both been spot on with the quality, and Logo details I requested, I went for embroidered workwear.
I’d Recommend paying extra if you don’t want to wait a couple of weeks before it arrives though.
All in all will be ordering again.

I ordered custom jackets previously from this supplier (Regatta Ablaze) and just had to use them again!

My next order consisted of several custom white shirts.

The staff over the phone were brilliant!
Helpful and very quick to act on any enquiries you have.

Seen a few negative reviews on here but I have to say my personal experience has been amazing.

Ordered some polo tops, a coat and more recently some softshell jackets. All arrived on time, quality was good and the logo was spot on.

Personally I would recommend them and will continue to use them as a supplier for our business.

Ordered some polo shirts back in July, 1 was missing, no problem they would send it as soon as they can. Given my initial 2 orders took weeks to fulfill I wasn't expecting anything quickly. Went away on holiday a week later and when I got back chased them as to the missing polo. Oh they tell me it was delivered on 27/7, whilst i was away and because I didn't notice it was missing purely because I was unaware they had even dispatched it they are now refusing to send me a replacement as they only have 3 days to dispute with royal mail. That is apparently my problem as a customer.

Terrible customer service, they didn't tell me they had sent the replacement so I didn't know it hadn't arrived and now its my fault they are too late to claim against royal mail so I am missing an item of clothing I have paid for!!

1 word, OUTSTANDING, thank you, will be ordering again.

Ordered t shirts, hoodie sweatshirts and a couple of zip jackets, to wear when I do craft fairs, amazing selection of colours and the logo print is excellent, have been washed numerous times, with no damage to the print. Delivery exactly as promised, will definitely be a repeat customer. Having branded clothing looks more professional in a fair or event.

Please do not use this company. The clothing quality was absolutely abysmal after months of trying to get them to sort out defected clothes. They sent me one T-shirt to replace a whole package. I took out out with them..

Now they are blanking me not returning my emails, calls … nothing I’ve had to take out a case with PayPal basically trying to get my money back as the quality and customer service of this company was absolutely dreadful. Please trades stay away please

Very very happy with my order! It took a while to get the logo text the right size, but the embroidery team were very helpful! The quality of the stitching and the product is very good. I couldn't be happier.
