Wenn es minus -5 Sterne gibt dann diese Firma. Auf den Photos alles top, in Wirklichkeit FLOOOOOOP.
Man auch keine retour nach Deutschland senden. Finger weg von dieser Firma. Billig Ware für 2,50€, es wird für 40€ verkauft. Es gibt nur ein positives Aspekt, sie schreiben zurück.

Bought a pair of Buoyancy shorts. Neoprene ripped after 2 uses. Was informed that it was my fault due to 'incorrect donning of the wetsuit'. I have plenty of experience of 'donning wetsuits' and have never had new neoprene rip on me before.

He tenido varios trajes de esta marca y en general ha una buena experiencia. Sin embargo compre un gorro de natación que a las 3 semanas comenzó a tener agujeros.
Hice la reclamacion y me enviaron uno nuevo que volvió a tener los mismos fallos.
Les adjunte fotos, el buen cuidado, no se expone al sol etc, etc y les comento que quizás sea un defecto de fábrica o de almacenamiento.
Respuesta; " los agujeros se han producido por manipulación con las uñas " !!!
No esperaba una respuesta tan infantil, incoherente y falta de responsabilidad de una marca como Orca...

Je tiens à partager mon expérience décevante avec le service après-vente d'Orca concernant une paire de gants.
Après avoir reçu ma commande, j’ai constaté un défaut visible sur le gant gauche, au niveau de la coupe entre le pouce et l'index.
J'ai donc envoyé des photos à leur service client pour signaler le problème. Dans la première réponse, on m'a informé qu'aucune anomalie n’avait été détectée et qu’ils avaient besoin de précisions supplémentaires.
J’ai donc fourni une photo plus claire, accompagnée de nouvelles explications. Il m'a alors été indiqué que ce n'était pas un défaut, mais une déformation due au stockage et à l'humidité, et que cela disparaîtrait avec l’usage…
Non seulement ce défaut rend le gant inutilisable, mais le service après-vente semble réticent à reconnaître le problème et à prendre ses responsabilités.
Ce manque d’écoute et de réactivité est extrêmement décevant et totalement en décalage avec les valeurs sportives.

Pesima calidad del producto así como la atención del servicio posventa. Nada recomendable.

Awful customer service. Despite offering a warranty, Orca do not honour it. For example a purchase of neoprene hammers in March 2025 began to come apart at the seams three months later. Photographs were sent to Orca and they refused to honour the warranty.

Take your hard earned money and buy from a more reputable brand

The wetsuit itself is of good quality. However, be aware that you have to pay the return costs by yourself, when ordering on the official orca online shop, which can be expansive, when you ordering not from Spain, but from another country. Therefore I really recommend buying it from another retailer

Servicio al cliente impecable. Respuesta casi inmediata, y tras informar de un problema con el neopreno, nuevo neopreno mandado en menos de 1 semana.

I ordered 3 items to avail of free shipping on orders over €100. When the order arrived, one of the items was the incorrect size. When I asked about returning the item, I was informed that I would have to pay for return shipping, and that I would not be refunded the cost of shipping unless the entire order of 3 items was returned. Furthermore, the company don't correct their mistakes: if I wanted to get the correctly-sized item, I would have to order it again on the website and pay for its shipping.

Impecable experiencia Post venta. Tuve un problema con un neopreno recién comprado, lo notifiqué y en pocos días tenía uno nuevo en casa.

Apres moins de 10 utilisations, ma combinaison Orca s’est déchirée malgré toute l’attention que j’y portais. Le SAV considère que c’est normal, pour une combinaison a plus de 400€, ce n’est pas la qualité que nous attendons.

This review is for someone looking for a ocean open water wetsuit to be used during winter season Oct-Mar. Spk with friendly Orca folks over a year ago when trying to find the right suit for the water temp I swim in (34.4 F coldest this year). They were very helpful in discussing what I was looking for - flexible shoulders, seam reliability, thermal requirements and they suggested the Vitalis Thermal Openwater. Orca even helped when I messed up the discount code when purchasing multiple products (purchased booties and hood) and Orca made sure I received the correct discount.
The suit, booties and hood have been excellent at enabling me to swim in cold ocean temps through the winter months (avg 30min water time). Products have not deteriorated, and still provide great thermal protection. I've used many other wetsuit brands and spent many hours with AquaSeal+FD fixing seams and splits. No such experience with Orca. I can't stress enough that if you are looking at swimming in cold ocean conditions this company and product work. Not cheap but I'd buy another one tomorrow - worth the money.!!
The only consideration (and this is not a knock) is that you have to learn how to get it on - inside out is the key approach as this suit is designed and fits tight.

Resolvieron un problema que tuve al adquirir un neopreno a través de una web.
Nunca más volveré a comprar un neopreno u otro articulo si no es a través de Orca directamente.
Te asesoran, están pendientes de ti en todo momento dando una respuesta rápida y profesional.

He tenido 4 neoprenos de triatlón y todos Orca. Además tengo bañadores y gafas. Me encanta la marca

Orca a l'un de meilleurs SAV avec lequel j'ai traité jusqu'à présent.
J'ai acheté une combinaison sur Diveinn (car oui, elles sont vendues moins chères que sur le site d'Orca).
Ca aura été ma plus grosse erreur car la combinaison que j'ai reçu comportait pas moins de 3 trous dans la couche extérieur en néoprène directement après le déballage.
J'ai immédiatement contacté le SAV de Diveinn pour le leur signaler et pour la faire court, ils m'ont envoyé balader en disant que j'étais le responsable.

Confronté à un mur et un SAV déçevant chez Diveinn, j'ai décidé de ne pas en rester là et de le signer à Orca (sans demander quoi que ce soit, juste signaler mon problème).

Orca m'a répondu très rapidement et a pris contact avec Diveinn. Quelques jours plus tard, Orca m'a recontacté pour m'avertir qu'une nouvelle combinaison avait été envoyé à Diveinn et qu'elle me serait envoyée. (Je n'en demandais pas tant)

J'ai attendu de bien reçevoir cette combinaison avant d'écrire cet avis et je l'ai reçue ce matin.
La prochaine fois, je commanderais directement sur le site d'Orca car ils le méritent et Diveinn c'est terminé pour moi. :)

Combinaison VITALIS achetée en avril 2024. Apres une dizaine de sortie en mer, j'ai remarqué l'apparition d'un accroc sur ma combinaison. Apres avoir contacté le SAV de Orva, on m'a répondu sous 2h et sous 48h Orca a été capable de me confirmer qu'une nouvelle combinaison était en expédition. Merci ORCA pour leur service après-vente au TOP!
