Don't use this company, SCAM!

I am yet to recieve my item, the courier hasnt even had it from OrbitKey yet, I get delayed responses from Instagram, all emails that i send them immediatly bouceback. Will not be using this company again, would appear its just a big online scam.

Nest - no charge

The wireless charging feature does not increase the charge on any of the phones I've tried it with. The phone recognises the charge, but however long it's left, the battery does not increase. I've contacted Orbitkey and been told that the charger is working correctly and it's not faulty. I would not recommend.

I have had their hand sanitiser for a while. I mislaid the top of it by accident and they shipped a new one immediately. Excellent service

Great idea badly executed.

Great idea badly executed.

I’ll be testing the return and refund process as the charging pad doesn’t work properly, the box is very shallow so nothing fits and the key fob is too short for actual keys. Does no one test anything these days?

Update. The returns process and attitude of this company is designed to frustrate. Avoid.

Glitchy notifications

I have 3x of the Orbitkey Tracker v2 trackers... Two still in the box and are going to stay there. They "function", but they don't really work. When I walk to lunch and leave my keys at work, I get 200-300 metres away and I get the "Did you leave your keys" notification. That's fine. The downside is every night I get the same notification over and over when my keys are next to my phone. Was going to get some of these for all my employees but after the less than stellar operation I'll be opting for a different brand.

The notification is part of the Out of Range alerts, which should only notify you on your phone when about 100-200 feet away from your keys or phone, but not when your phone and keys are right next to each other. Our team will be in touch to assist you further.

Fourth key organizer and still loving it

I backed the original kickstarter campaign back in the days and I'm still using my original backer reward key organizer today. That must be easily ten years by now. I just had to replace the hardware once, because I lent my key to someone that somehow manage to bent it. I still don't know, what happened there. But luckily you can get replacement parts on the orbitkey website. Since then, I got everyone in my family one and they all love it. I had not a single key that did not fit (living in Germany. Maybe other countries have different key size norms).
I also got the 2 in 1 pouch vie Kickstarter. Excellent build quality and a great concept.

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful - don’t buy it! Got my boyfriend the darth vader leather strap / case type key holder. Firstly it only holds a few slim keys and it doesn’t fit longer keys like a normal Yale. My boyfriend used it anyway for the three keys that would fit and kept the rest on a normal ring. Today the orbitkey simply exploded. The attachments that keep it closed just came away and parts went everywhere - one of which we couldn’t find, so it’s now going in the bin. Furious that I wasted £40 and wish I’d checked Trustpilot first!

Great Products and Customer Service

I love the orbit key products and use them daily! I had an issue with one of the key clip which started to tear after only 1.5 years of use. I sent en email to Orbit key with this issue and they were quick to respond and sent me a new item by courier, without hesitation.

Orbitkey 2-in-1 Tech Pouch

I'm an avid researcher of organizers, and over time, I’ve tried dozens including:
- Alpaka
- Native Union
- Ugreen, etc.

I can easily say that this is by far the best one I have ever purchased. Regardless of the cost, I have been searching for the perfect one for two years because I was never satisfied. The OrbitKey organizer is spacious, functional, and equipped with a series of roomy pockets that are well separated from each other. I often found that with other brands, if you completely filled one inner pocket, the front pocket couldn’t be filled because it wouldn’t close. Here, it's a whole different story. Designed down to the smallest detail. Well done, well done, well done, and once again, well done!!! I would have never expected it.

P.S. I never write reviews; this will be my 5th one ever.

Misleading description

I am leaving a review here as i noticed a one star review by another customer was removed from the Orbitkey website.

I placed a large mystery box order on 4/12/2024 and it was received on 4/23/2024 from the Salt Lake City, Utah distribution center. (US customer) Based on the picture of the mystery boxes on the Orbitkey website, I should’ve received a rectangular box. I received a long, narrow box and it contained a medium desk mat (spoiler alert—the medium desk mat barely fit in the box so rest assured that’s probably the only size desk mat you’ll get since the large is a few inches longer) along with 9 other items. I immediately contacted customer support indicating that I expected to receive a rectangular box and that I would like to get this resolved in satisfactory manner. I did contemplate filing a dispute with my credit card issuer due to the item received not as described but I decided to try to work with the company directly instead. I was (finally!) sent a prepaid return label on 5/3/2024 that I returned the desk mat on the same day and which was delivered to them on 5/9/2024. I still had to go back and forth with customer support until 5/8/2024 before I was sent my replacement items. I received my replacement with the Nest and two additional items of my choice from four offerings on 5/14/2024. One of the items was the sanitizer holder which was listed as blush being the only available color but I was told on 5/4/2024 that that color wasn’t available and that it was only available in black (as of the date of 5/12/2024, blush was still listed as the only color available). To my surprise, the fulfillment confirmation listed the color silver which I wasn’t aware was an option. If I would’ve received the Nest along with the 9 other items as my initial package, I would’ve given this review 5 stars; had I received the replacement in a timely manner (within a week), I would’ve given this review 4 stars. But due to the fact that it took over three weeks to resolve, I’m giving it 1 star. If interested, the 9 items were the Star Wars Emperor Palpatine key organizer, the Star Wars Grogu key organizer, the Star Wars Grogu loop keychain, a leather key organizer in Island Green, an active key organizer in Jet Black, a loop keychain in Cotton Candy, a Rose Gold V2, a Silver bottle opener, and an Organizational Notebook. I am not a Star Wars fan but other than the Grogu loop keychain, the other two are not branded with a character. I’ll also note that I received a second package on 4/23/2024 with two “free” items for placing the large mystery box order. The items were the Organizational Notebook and an active key organizer in Dusty Pink (my choice of color). Due to the fact that I received the Nest as my replacement along with the 9 other mystery box contents, the two freebies in conjunction with the large mystery box order, and the two additional items, I’m overall satisfied but feel like the replacement should’ve been issued a lot faster. Plus the boxes shown on the website are misleading since you can receive one of two options. Orbitkey should show both boxes on the website. Also, I saw unboxings on the official instagram account with less than the listed item count so that was misleading as well to have an item count listed in the description of each box (from the website: “Design Details

The best kind of surprise! Every mystery box contains a random assortment of our products, from Key Organisers to the Nest. What will you unbox?
* Mystery Box Small - 7 Items (Minimum RRP of content: $188.50)
* Mystery Box Medium - 8 Items (Minimum RRP of content: $283.40)

—Please note that desk mats are not mentioned in the above description—

Would I order another large mystery box knowing that a desk mat could be received? No. Instead I would order the Nest in my choice of color, a key organizer in my choice of color and material, and a few add ons to total around the USD price of the large box at $169.90. This way it would be a curated order without any surprises and disappointment.

Really brilliant service experience

Really brilliant service experience. Had some delivery issues (with the courier, not Orbitkey) and the team there were incredibly helpful and supportive in getting them resolved. Cannot fault the customer service focus at all, and increasingly rare!

So DISAPPOINTED in the Large Mysterybox

Purchased a large mystery box and am completely disappointed!

Paid $180 for the box and received 5 key rings, a bottle opener and a computer mat. Such a complete ripoff, so if you’re considering buying one of these absolutely do not!

Complete waste of money.

Bought a large mystery box for £130

Bought a large mystery box for £130, promised over £250 worth of goods. Received one desk mat, retailing at £70 and 9 key rings! Absolute sham of a company, no response to customer service emails. Perhaps they think that ignoring customers is a valid business model. Will be returning the goods at my own cost, the whole experience has been awful, please avoid them at all costs!!!

Disappointing and offputting

Customer pays return shipping, a hassle for an oversized box, and Lg Mystery box contains over half of the same item - the key organizer. Not worth it, won’t be a repeat customer. Paying return shipping and sorting out a carrier for what was already a mediocre experience isn’t my idea of how to get or keep customers. I get that a mystery box is meant to be a surprise - this felt more like being shipped someone’s unwanted stock and being asked to pay for them to take it back.

I got the recent Large Mystery Box and…

I got the recent Large Mystery Box and it was okay except for the following:
1. Changed the free gift from spending over $100 from a small notebook ($7.5)to a tote bag ($20).
2. Did not provide the promised 10 items and only sent 9
3. Most of the stock given was either on clearance or wasn't even on the website anymore.

Product arrived defective, Orbitkey refuses to honor their 2-year warranty

Went with one star since I couldn't put zero.
Story is quite short: I received a defective item (Nest) and contacted them to get a replacement under their 2 year warranty terms. They are refusing to honor it and want to charge me for the return of the product. I will have to issue a chargeback since we are taking about a $100 item. Stay away from this company and avoid them.

Excellent experience

Excellent experience. I purchased for the second time and was more than happy with it. The products are fantastic, the quality is great.

Everything's neat, even the packaging is amazing.

Delivery was on time and arrived with BRT in Italy within 5 days since the order date.

Convenient and secure payment, great that they offer Apple Pay. Affordable prices considering the quality of the products. Highly recommended
