Super easy - great choice
I've received two of these Optionscards in the past year and I love them. It's very easy to decide what you want, in my case Roblox, Just eat and a Mastercard, and used each no bother at all. The mastercard is great on my phone for tapping anywhere. Simple. Hope to get another one from my company next year!

NO CHARGES AND EASY TO USE - GIVE ME A BREAK espite claims it is easy to use and…
Despite claims it is easy to use and has no charges I found it very convoluted. First off the denominations you can transfer to a store card or Hollr does not offer enough choice. Another colleague received a card at the same time as myself from our employer. We decided to transfer to and use the Hollr card which we felt would offer more choice and easier to use. It was extremely difficult to do. Ask Chris in customer service, without whom we would have both given up on trying to use the options card let alone try to spend it. I then went shopping to Curry's. It took over 8 attempts to put the payment through, and involved using two cards (a result of the lack of choice in denominations) and a very patient staff member and a quite shop. I would not attempt to use the Hollr card at a busy time i.e. the coming Christmas season. As a result of how the various cards are set up I would hazard a guess it will end up costing more than a card that has a charge. Give me a One for All Card any day of the week.

We're sorry that you had trouble with this. I know that you spent time on the phone with us to cancel your first order when you overordered the same denominations of Mastercard. We then reloaded your OptionsCard on the same day so you could start again. We can see that you had you had debit card transactions denied in Currys, like you say, as there was not enough available funds on the card you used to cover the transaction. All OptionsCards give you 5 years to choose which brands and denominations you may want and our selections are delivered instantly, including Currys gift cards.
too clunky to use
too clunky to use, I had to use 4 €100 credit cards instead of one which is so annoying and infuriating when you are at a cash desk trying to pay.

Sorry that this was not for you. The Mastercards come in €100, €250 , €500 & €1,000 denominations. And you have 5 years to choose which denominations you may want and when.

OptionsCard has never been advertised or promoted as a credit card. As is very clear from our website, and the description on your work portal, that it is a tax-free employee benefit that can be redeemed either for retail gift cards or for a Hollr Reward Mastercard virtual debit card, which can be used online and in-store anywhere Mastercard is accepted — including Amazon.
You chose to redeem part of your balance for a gift voucher for a national supermarket retailer. If you prefer the spend-anywhere debit card you should, and still can, choose that.
We'd ask you to remove or amend your review as misrepresents our product and is not reflective of the service.
Easy to use
This is amazing option for getting awarded tax free and you can easily use it at any visa/masters card terminal which is everywhere.

As you know from your enquiries with our customer service team all 3 Roblox gift codes were redeemed 4-5 hours after the point at which they were sent by us to your email account.

Sometimes on a Sunday (as in your case) requests are queued by certain suppliers until Monday due to maintenance or updates to their systems - that why we always state delivery within 24 hours but usually within seconds. Good to see that your 2 other orders in the last month were dispatched in seconds.

Hi there, and thank you for the feedback. I think you are referring to the debit card option with this review. Most debit cards in Ireland charge a fee per tap/internet transaction - AIB & BOI charge 20c each transaction, billed quarterly. Our debit card charges at at the time of transaction as the account cannot be topped up. This is very clearly stated in the product description prior to choosing it.
