Desperate Currys Experience- you have to go into…
Currys Experience- you have to go into Currys and buy what you are looking for with your own card. Wait for it to arrive and then they refund you . Crazy set up, no value to this card at all. Really annoyed and would never use this card again.Even the staff at Currys are giving out about it

This is a Currys issue, probably best posted to their listing. The Currys gift card, as clearly stated, is only usable for in-store purchases. So if you are buying a product not available in-store and waiting for delivery as you describe, the store assistants have clearly been super helpful and made it work for you. Annoying for you, but obviously an exceptional circumstance.

WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND AT ALL. None of my work colleagues liked them. So much time needed to figure out how to actually get a voucher.......Passport numbers, form filling online etc......we got Perks cards last year.......a simple physical card that can be used anywhere......so much more user friendly.

Activating a card is only required if you chose a prepaid debit card from the catalogue of 70+ gift cards available. In that instance, anti-money laundering regulations mean that you must verify you are real, and in Ireland, by entering a code from SMS and clicking a link from an email.
Lack of options 😕
The places listed as partners aren't places that would interest me to spend the voucher and then trying to covert it a card to add to a digital wallet is to much hassle.a pre loaded master card is 100 times better than the hassle

Friendly & attentive service They have…
Friendly & attentive service They have upped their CS response time, which is notable. Last year we had a question and it took a over week to get a reply. Now it's more like hours (or maybe even minutes). So that's a welcome improvement.
The technology and purchasing flow is easy to use. Will be using optionsCard again in the future for staff gifting / bonuses. I love what they are doing here, and I'm happy to recommend them.

Love this product!
I received an Optionscard from my work a few weeks ago and swapped it for a Brown Thomas voucher. Loved how quickly the email came through and there was no holding up the line at all!
I now plan on gifting my friends OptionsCards for Christmas to save time and money shopping!

Better alternative to One4All, no secret fee, good for employers and private people alike
Got a €10 Options card free at a work event. I was able to exchange it for a €10 tesco voucher, so it was effectively similar to a cash equivalent. No commission was taken by either side so the €10 Options card became a €10 tesco voucher.
I will note that Steam, the online shop for games on PC does take a 10% commission, so you would need €11 worth of a voucher to get a €10 steam voucher.
This is a far better experience than One4All. I have personally been gifted a One4All voucher, but didn't use it for a few years later (still well before the expiry date) - The One4All voucher didn't work because there is a fee that they charge you for not using it after a certain period of time. That should be illegal, a voucher that was exchanged for cash should not slowly eat itself...
Would recommend OptionsCard over One4All especially if you are a business customer. Your employees will thank you.
