I know this is a new company so I was skeptical at first however overall it been decent.
Reason for 4 star is mixability. I’m still yet to find a creatine product that fully mixes and you still end up with a small of grit at the bottom that you have to swirl to finish. If they could fix this it would be 5 Stars.
The flavour for me was way too strong when mixed with 500ml to the point of undrinkable however with 1l it’s very drinkable. It does have a slight collagen taste which is too be expected so make sure you try collagen water before you buy as it’s a unique taste. (A caveat is that I even drink my squash super weak so this may just be a personal preference). This also does make the water bottle redundant. Maybe they could offer a 1l as well as 500ml for a slight premium?

Great drink, finishing my first month and already noticing an improvement in energy levels and overall wellbeing. The taste is nice, I have raspberry, it's very sweet but with 500ml of water it's a refreshing drink. It's now a mainstay for me. The 3 month deal was worth it and I will continue to purchase it if it remains the same cost.

Been taking this every day now for 5 months and absolutely love it. Combats fatigue in all parts of my daily routine.

Fantastic product and I have tried plenty over time, great tasting (not tried the new flavour yet) mixes really well with no horrid gritty bits, feel the best I have for years and recovering loads better, thanks Optimise keep up the good work

i actually cancelled my subscription because of length of time it took for delivery but after speaking to the team i realised it was royal mail at fault been using product for 3 weeks now and have re subscribed due to excellent results

My husband has a very physical job and also surfs, kitesurfs and mountain bikes regularly, plus he competes in events. He would build muscle mass quickly but lose it just as fast due to high-intensity exercise, and he was struggling to recover from sport.

He’s been taking Optimiise for a few months now and his muscle mass has remained stable, he’s not so fatigued after work and is recovering from exercise faster, enabling him to do more.

When he competes in events he will have a scoop in the morning for energy and another to recover. He never gets cramp anymore.

The shaker is invaluable as it means he always has the correct amount of water to balance the creatine, plus he can take it with him to work/sport, and refill with more water for optimal hydration.

I am 57 years old and a professional diver. I regularly dive on a closed circuit rebreather (CCR) to depths of 150 meters.
At my age, despite consistent training, the recovery time after deep diving was painful. I have been using Optimiise for eight months now. I feel energised all the time. It’s like I’m 20 years younger. I have recommended it to many friends who all feel the same benefits. It’s the only supplement I take. It really is amazing !

I used to take so many different supplements but this has helped me get everything I need in one scoop. So handy to have while travelling and on the go! Top quality, great tasting product that you can’t get anywhere else - part of my daily routine and helps massively with getting me up in the morning for gym and staying mentally sharp throughout the day for work too. Saves taking multiple supplements that run out way too quickly and may not actually contain as much creatine/Vitamin C etc. as they say!

It’s fantastic. I don’t know how they do it, but they do, and I’m truly grateful for Optimiise. I have taken out a subscription so don’t miss a day and the benefits I’ve experienced are exceptional. Having researched other solutions before making a decision, I found Optimiise’s ingredients and principles were the best, so I gave it a try, and haven’t looked back.

I have been using this for about a month or so now. My hydration levels are so much better than when I used to just take creatine on its own and I no longer spend extra £ on vitamin C supps which I was taking before. There is just the right amount of electrolytes to counteract the dehydration feeling you get from creatine. Also - Not sure if this is placebo but my brain cognition has massively improved using this - I think that’s down to the quality of the creatine they use because I have not had this with other creatine powders.

The collagen is an added bonus that I hadn’t considered using before but I’ve really noticed improvements in my skin condition and even hair.

This is a fantastic, easy to use and great value supplement.
Our family all use it and have seen immediate and long-term benefits including improved energy levels and rehydration. We could not recommend it highly enough.
