Redeemed a gift card weeks ago, not received and no response to emails.

I am using this site past 3 years they given payment & replied as soon as possible. but i redeemed before 1 month back they replied & given my payment thank you opinionbeuro team & trustpilot ♥️. So I changed my review.

Absolute waste of time. Sends regular emails inviting you to complete surveys for cash rewards that “match your profile”. After completing the whole survey it then tells you you’re not eligible. Pretty sure it’s some data gathering scheme. Don’t bother

If I could give a zero I would. This place is a false place that just gives you surveys and never pays you. I even paid for an international call- stupid me for that.. do not fall into the trap I did! Do not respond or answer their emails

Uma perca de tempo golpe, lançaram uma pesquisa no email com 1 hr de duração e nada de pagamento ate hoje. Nao caio mas na hora de me enviarem email falando que e uma pesquisa remunerada,uma tal de Marcela P

Opinion Bureau is THE worst survey site I have ever used and I've tried a lot! If you even manage to get to the minimum £10 withdrawal good luck getting it. After waiting 45 days for it to become 'redeemable' I asked for it through Paypal and was then told it takes 10 days to 'process'. Come on, its a bank transfer, yeah say 2-3 days and I'm cool with that. I mean ive already wait 45 days. As I write this I have now been waiting 12 days (plus the original 45) have emailed them, sent in support tickets more times than I care to remember and have had no response or payment.Surveys are difficult ways to earn more already without this near 2 months debacle. It's your choice of course if you want to use it I'm simply explaining why I will never. I do hope someone reads these reviewd and may contact me to explain why it takes over two months (or never) to process a bank transfer which we all can do in seconds.

I am sorry I have previously complained about Opinion Bureau. However, out of honest I was totally wrong. I have received all my money. They have their own procedures. I respect them so much. O do apologize for them and for the readers of trust pilot and I advise you not to write a review on the spur of the minute,

I did surveys in this website and when it was time for me to withdraw my rewards they said my account doesn't exist😂😂scam

Reward delivery is very poor

It gives 1 bloody survey in 6 days and when answer the first few questions about yourself it disqualifies you

I had redeemed 250₹ for UPI PAYMENT on 27-01-2025 and now today it's about 2 months, I didn't receive my reward. I have multiple times contacted them but no response from their end. They are totally fake and scam.

Thought it was just me, however, after seeing other's experience with Opinion Bureau, I've now realised it's them.
As mentioned in most of other's review I rarely get to take a survey and when I do get one, once I click on it it says disqualified at the beginning of the survey due to how I've answered questions l. I haven't even answered any questions yet. I made the mistake of going to their customer service and all they said was perhaps my options need to be change/updated, I did this and still nothing, I always click on the button to start the survey then get told the answer disqualified me, even though I haven't answered any question at all...what is the point of choosing me to take a survey?
At this point I think it's a scam, to get as many people to join so it looks good for the books and also they reject many people so they do not have to pay out which is not honest of them, such a shame to deceive people like this.

I completed some of the surveys e-mailed to me and redeemed the amount after that but It's been 2 months I haven't received my payment.
They have been very unresponsive toward me.

Uno dei peggiori panel di sondaggi esistenti.Iscritta da 5 anni,pochi inviti a compilare questionari e anche quei pochi dopo un certo numero di domande ti escludono perché non rientri nel profilo richiesto.Ridicoli è dire poco.

Don't get a lot of surveys and when you do get screened out .

Solicitado el pago hace 50 días...Me cansé hace dos semanas de lo chapuceros que son, y quedaron en pagarme esa misma semana...Es paypal, no una transferencia internacional desde Yakuts... Tras dos semanas sigo esperando y escribiendo a todos los sitios de reseñas.

Ahora... aquí tras 500 correos...respondan...si tienen encima esa poca vergüenza.

If I could give it minus stars I would ! Worst site I have ever came across ! You can never sign in. Can't reset password because it does not send the reset codes? Cannot contact them because once you have filled in all the section and click submit it just loads continuously without end. You can access surveys through email links though which bypasses log in issues, after completing the surveys and giving up your time it always results in either an error code or.... you do not meet the criteria... even though you begins with the qualification stage for the survey and pass it??? Whoever created and runs this site should be PHYSICALLY punished ( nicest way I can word it ). ABSOLUTELY EMBARRASSING. Worst of all, I cannot unsubscribe because I am unable to sign in which is a requirement to do so ! It's mind blowing how bad this site is.
