Prenuvo’s staff was very helpful and calming. The experience in the machine was more pleasant than expected and the mirrored autumn mountain images projected with some dreamy music in the headphones made the trip bearable during the loud phases and breath holding. Amazing technology! The person reviewing the imaging only six days later was a good listener and very helpful.

My expert was very informative and answered all of my questions.

Great experience from start to finish, the facility was really nice and the MRI technician was super friendly. The MRI itself was easy and comfortable, results easy to navigate on the website, and the NP I spoke with tonight was very friendly and made sure I had no questions before we hung up.

Everyone did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it. The nurse that called me was lovely but also had a very thick accent making it hard to understand some of what she was saying would be only criticism. Again very nice and thorough just challenging to understand some of the things said.

Confirmed two of my major concerns which gives me motivation to seek care.
The whole experience was seamless and impressive.
I’ll be including this in my future healthcare routine.

The scan delivered more information than I anticipated. I am happy to know things I did not know before - and likely would not have known - to be more aware as I plan for my health and longevity journey.

The process was good but I would have liked a dr to review the results with him vs a NP. Also, would suggest you include PSA screening in the blood workup since your MRI covers the prostate.
