My provider was so nice and really put me at ease with what to look forward to.

This company is connected with Admired.com . I requested a televist. I was called by a spam number and someone left a message regarding questions about my request. I immediately called back and was told I was denied. I never once spoke to any doctor, nurse or medical professional. The terms and agreement states you will have a conversation or consultation with a medical professional. THIS IS A SCAM!!!! You put your information in, they charge you $40 and deny you. you never speak to any type of health, professional via a chat or phone or anything.

Provide was sharp, thorough thoughtful and pleasant, would highly recommend

Appointment was on time very fast easy immediately got a notification. My prescription was processed

The provider was very thorough reviewing my history and explaining the plan. She answered my questions in detail. Better healthcare than my local "wellness spa." I feel like they actually integrated my care.

My provider was very caring and listened to my concerns. She was wonderful!

Fairly easy process so far. Initial telehealth appointment was quick and on time Second appointment was even easier. Definitely runs smoothly. Communication about appointment reminders, status updates and tracking of script has been great.

Phone appointment was quick and easy. The was concise and easy to understand.

It was awesome to be able to talk to a real person. I love that very thorough into the point.

Provider was pleasant and responsive and didn’t have any connection issues like the other place I went to first

I’m super happy with the convenience and ease of use! Also the medicine they sent is mixed with B12 and NAD. I would encourage anybody who’s looking into a GLP medicine, Consider Claya!

Overall the experience was wonderful. She was great to work with and very knowledgeable. I give the experience today a 5 out of 5.

However one thing to note I would give the overall experience a 2 out of five purely because my first two scheduled reviews of my scans were last Friday and Thursday and nobody showed up for multiple hours until finally somebody told me nobody was available. Luckily third time's the charm and today somebody showed up.

The advanced Prenuvo screening gives me peace of mind regarding my health- meeting with a practitioner to go over all my test results from labs and scans was very positive and professional All her suggestions for follow up attention was greatly appreciated . I will definitely see them again next year to monitor any changes.

She was competent, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was a very positive experience throughout.

It was easy, informative, and I’m very glad I did it. A great gift to yourself!

Updated post: The Prenuvo scan experience was amazing. Staff is professional and walked me through everything!

My initial review posted was about the contact with the clinician after the scan. I believe this is a third-party that provides the service and not Prenuvo staff.

Originally posted: I would not expect a deep dive. The clinician was looking at it for the first time in real time. I knew I was going to my primary care physician anyway so it wasn’t too upsetting. However if you do not have a PCP and are looking for more let them know that up front.

Everything about Prenuvo was A+, from the beautiful facility, to the check in person, mri tech and physician reviewing my results! Would highly recommend.

Excellent experience. Doctor reviewed all of the results in detail and provided much needed context. Didn't have any issues but confident they would have given me a thorough review if I had. Highly recommend.

Amazing consultation regarding my scan results. Very knowledgeable and so enthusiastic to make sure results from scan can be properly followed up with my primary care doctor. She was amazing and 10/10.
