Brilliant company i switched from kcom , had me up and running straight away!
Very fast on the installation. Very nice set of installers aswell.
Went for the 1000mbps and is running superbly around 995mbps. Never had a issue with them since! 👼
Had the 900mbps and paying £70.00
And was only getting around 650mbps,
Getting 100mbps extra and saving money!

Great sales service
I contacted Open Fibre about their service because I was looking for a new provider. They answered all my questions without a hard sell and seemed as interested in me as I was in them. Their prices are more than competitive and they after a 24/7 support option which is ideal for me and my working times. I can’t wait to get the system up and running.

Start to finish really smooth!
From start to finish, I ordered through MS3 who recommended open fibre. I went for the 1000mbps upload and download due to sending huge files for work and gaming a lot. We had one installation to get the fibre line connected to the house, they came across and needed to do a little digging. I was a little scared but they had everything filled back in and back to normal within about 20 minutes. Couple of days later on my appointment day I had two engineers, one from MS3 to install my ONT (inside box) which was quick and easy and they asked where I'd like it to go etc. The second engineer, who was amazing (he was called Luke), came over to set my router up, make sure the speeds were good to go and then we chatted about my setup and how much different it will be. Overall really smooth, I was a little worried but everything was installed without any hitches and I just downloaded warzone in literally 6 minutes!!!

Open fibre network (WiFi) 5star
The work by the ms3 guys was very neat and quickly done. Then WiFi Luke from open fibre came round and had me connected in the blink of eye, we did a WiFi speed test before he went and was happy with the results.

I'd like to thank ally and all the staff at open fibre they connected me up and the service I got was so outstanding if I needed to no anything all the staff are there to help sort it out the work was done to a very high standard and as quick as possible with no mess at all I would highly recommend this broadband company to any one who is thinking of getting it speed is absolutely spot on keep the good work up and a big thankyou to ally he's just so polite and a gentle man 5 star +

Excellent
Made the switch to Open Fibre after years of being with KCOM. They are a brilliant local company, Aly set everything up for us.
Highly recommend Open Fibre, speeds are great with no dropping out like we used to get with KCOM. The price is over half of what we were paying and we don't need to pay for a landline that we don't use.
Install was easy, MS3 laid a new cable in our garden and you can't tell that the work has been done.

Pre-install :)
I haven't yet received the service, my install isn't for a couple of weeks yet, the price and promised service though is brilliant.
The rating is based solely on experience so far, I provided all details to a chap and advised contract info would be with me in a couple of hours. 3 days later I called to query it and had to provide a few details regarding the offer I was given. Not the end of the world but not the perfect start. I am however, confident the product will do what I need and give me both the speed and coverage required.

Open fibre came 22nd June installed…
Open fibre came 22nd June installed cable for internet had to cut across lawn but it was so neat and tidy when finished you couldn’t see the join.
Came 23rd June connected cable fitted router connected my landline. Absolutely brilliant.
