I don’t understand I had enough for this flat house I made so many complaints still nothing happens I have family we can’t not living like that the smell of weed is so bad inside my around house and I have a child plus sometimes I woke up at 4 o’clock in the morning because of smells of the weed how is that fair all my room smells bad even our clothes off smell of weed 😡😡😡We can’t sleep because of the weed I don’t understand they can smoke inside the house that just legal sk Sk really pissed me off 😡😡😡

Jamie has been fantastic from to finish. Any questions an email or call was sent within the hour providing excellent customer service.
The whole process was explained in detail step by step. The whole thing has been a pleasure not the dread you read about.

Took a rtb on in 2010, since 2015 the balcony and roof above have been leaking . It was only fixed last month after 10 years of damp , mould, ceiling collapses and slugs..

The home ownership team are a disgrace . The gaslight, dismiss , won't allow complaints , issue you with warning because they don't like you complaining bit are happy for you to live a hazardous conditions..

When your white goods need replacing they will replace with basic crap not the high end products initially installed .

No.rent review for 5 years .

Don't take safety and security seriously and blame everyone but themselves

I notice I’m not the only one to raise an issue with Creams Mill! Made an application over a month ago & have heard nothing from them. Today I emailed to chase up only to be told my application had been unsuccessful! Can you not afford the plain courtesy of informing people, who have taken the time to complete the application & shown an interest in your development, that they haven’t been successful & the reasons why instead of us having to chase you!! Very disappointed in Onward Homes & won’t be bothering/applying again! This speaks volumes as to what sort of company they are!

I bought my shared ownership house from onward and had loads of problems with my home and it has been very stressful . I have to say though , that Sandra has been an absolute pleasure, she has genuinely cared about me and my home and sorted everything out for me . The service that Sandra has provided has been outstanding , and she is an absolute asset to onward . Thank you Sandra for being so supportive and helpful .

Registered an interest in the Creams Mill site, had no contact,
Tried contacting by telephone,requested call back 4 weeks ago and again 5 days ago and daily since. Tried calling, on hold for over 3hours no response.

A gentleman from damp and mould team called today to access problem from flat above ,not only did he deal with mould on bathroom and kitchen ceilings he repaired damage to kitchen ceiling and wall and repainted both .After accessing bathroom ceiling he reported back repairs depot that more work needs carrying etc asbestos test and needs replastered Best workman iv'e had the pleasure to meet Jimmy Shephard your absolute credit to your profession and Onward Homes are lucky to have you
