The first few orders arrived with no problems but I paid for my order over a week ago and the money was taken the same day but no order I have phoned and left messages but still ! Nothing my order was a lot of money beware!

Very fast delivery

Felt I got ripped off on the price of vitamins. Picture on the product was wrong which was fixed after it was pointed out. Wasn’t offered a refund or anything as a good will gesture customer service in Ireland is dead and buried, in fairness I could have returned but couldn’t be bothered. Thought I was getting a deal from an Irish business but should have know better. No wonder people buy from outside the country it’s cheaper in many cases. I know better next time.

Great service and delivery it is next day they are great

I always like to purchase from Irish companies where possible. That influenced me in my choice of supplier. I found the process easy and delivery prompt.

For me, orders submitted online are processed promptly (pretty much immediately during the working week) and delivery has been the next (business) day.

Reasonable selection of products available. Delivery of my first order was very quick, subsequent orders delivery was at a snails pace. Paying €4.50 for delivery and having to wait a week is unacceptable. My local pharmacy is the same price when postage is factored in.

Have ordered here for personal and business use. Always exceptional service. Was recently very impressed having phoned them up on a Saturday due to me losing an invoice and Emma kindly sorted me out in minutes. Top class business and service!
