Efficiency of delivery

Easy to order and delivery was in a timely manner

Hi, I do not recommend online pharmacy. I ordered goods on 3rd March, I received order wrong, I contacted via telephone and order was reissued again and was wrong. I ordered mustella baby products that should have been 300ml and 500ml and I got 50ml bottles. When I emailed I was told it was a packing error gone wrong again, twice in the one order number. I asked for correct order to be sent out. As of today 21st March I am still waiting. I did email to see where my order was and ask for feedback from a manager, staff team member replied advising she had "passed on my complaint to management and he asked me to respond on behalf of him" not an apology in this email just telling me they will be more careful with other orders. Customer service doesn't seem to exist, yes human error happens but very unprofessional how this was handled and the lengthy time I am left waiting for my order.
Another confusing aspect where online pharmacy refrained from telling me the truth. I received an invoice from another retailer Graham Anthony, For my order I paid €64.75, when I received the invoice my total was €51.16. When I explained this via email I was fobbed of being told there was no VAT on these products that was the difference. I again sent evidence from the invoice showing vat was €8.63. I was then told
"The invoice you have received should not have been with your order to begin with. You were still charged correctly according to the products you have ordered." Why did they mislead me in the first place and have to be caught out in a lie?
Online pharmacy did state "Apologies again for all the inconveniences". A very little admittance to their mistakes with no manager avaliable to give feedback. I was told my correct order would be dispatched on 21st March with delivery immediately.
27th March I yet again called to see where my order was to be informed that the warehouse did not dispatch my order and they would complete same immediately. Imagine, how can all this go wrong with one order and no accountability?
My advice is to avoid this online pharmacy as I feel I have being disrespected as a customer and still left without my order almost 4 weeks later. As of 27th March I still have not my correct order. Avoid folks.

I asked for Vibrant gloves. I had to ring you to find out why I didn't get my order for to be told they were out of stock and would I accept another brand and that they were at the same price. I trust what you said. I looked online now, not only are you saying that you have the gloves that you claimed were out of stock, but I paid 18.25 and the gloves you sent were 9.95.

Cheap and efficient great service

I ordered some products, the delivery was quick, however I am extremely disappointed to be charged €15 for a lip kit, only for it to arrive with a massive half price sticker on the front, I was charged the full amount 🥲

Appalling service. Poor and slow response to emails. No telephone contact when clear problems have arisen so why bother asking for my telephone contact.
Unprofessional and inconsiderate. Find a better pharmacy.

Next day delivery

First time ordering from here, the package arrived with 2 different address labels on, one for me and one for someone else in a different county. The parcel contained the other person's order. Emailed the seller providing all information and instead of asking everything they needed in one email they went back and forth I around 4 emails asking for details I'd already given and for photos of the parcel and its contents. Told me once I had returned the items they would then send me my original order. Took a week for them to come and collect the order from my home. Would be nice if the people packing the orders would pay attention. My original order should have been sent straight out once I provided all the details they asked for as I had paid for my item. Won't use again.
