Ordered for the first time over two 2 weeks ago and nothing has been delivered yet. No response from them customer service email. No phone number to call. Seems like a scam tbh so I don’t recommend at all. I will be asking my card issuer to withdraw payment today. Shambles.

Absolutely awful company. I ordered almost a month ago. There has been no communication whatsoever, I have not received my order. I have emailed them numerous times and awful lack of responses from them. I am still awaiting my order but will most likely need a refund…

Would give this company 0 stars if I could. Ordered via Wowcher. A month later still no delivery of duvet. Told them I want my money bk. told it’s been dispatched so can’t have a refund. Two weeks later still no delivery. No no answer to emails or Wowcher customer service. Basically they steal your money!!!!

Bought 2 lots of bedding in December the package took forever to get to me and inside was the complete wrong order, I emailed messaged tiktoked them SEVERAL TIMES to be ignored I received an email to which I replied asking for a refund they took 2 weeks to reply to this email asking for proof via pics n a video to which I replied with, 3 weeks later they sent me a returns email which I sent back the goods (regrettably now 😡) after this they have ignored me., no refund, no acknowledgement they’ve received my return, I’ve emailed and emailed and left messages on their tiktok account AND I MEAN LOADS, they are point blank ignoring me! It’s been months now!!
If you want to give your money away choose a charity because this company will take take your money and scam you!!!

I would not recommend buying from these people (they sell via B&Q Marketplace online.
Unless you want to wait 32 days and counting for a return and refund to happen when all the items are not delivered.
They simply do not respond to contact on B&Q system and B&Q seem powerless to assist. £289.99 they’ve had off me since 12.12.2022. Even though FedEx have confirmed (22.12.22) in writing that the item as missing and will never be delivered. No response at all. Phone number does not operate / email does not send.

I ordered some blankets on 13th December, I got an email saying they should be delivered by 15th December. It is now 30th December and the parcel has not been received.

Item incorrectly addressed, this was the second time I bought an item from them, got the address right the first time so why get it wrong the second time, not impressed at all, missed an important birthday even allowing 2 weeks to process

Brought some bedding that never arrived I contacted them via email and Instagram and not one response! Ask then to cancel my order…. Nothing!! So I have no bedding and no money returned! Horrendous company and customer service!

Buyer beware comes to mind, almost a week on from when my items should have been delivered by and still nothing, just excuse after excuse. Mind you, Christmas is just around the corner and miracles do happen, so they say

Run for the hills. Their products are crappy. Their customer service is awful. They are by far the worst on-line store I have ever dealt with!!

The worst company I have ever dealt with, I wouldnt even give them 1 star if I had the choice! They emailed me back once and the problem still isn't solved! After a number of emails they are still ignoring me and not helping solve the problem, And as for paying for a lounge rug to be sent back after I had already payed for delivery is absolutely disgraceful. I will keep leaving these reviews until my problem is solved! The customer service is absolutely shocking!

Happy with the few products I received but I wanted to return one after the fact it came damaged and broken....these lot have terrible customer service. Haven't even replied after weeks! So disappointing.

Was bit worried about ordering at 1st as I'd never heard pff the company but my item arrived with in 4 days and iv not stopped ordering items since good quality for such low price defo recommend

Don't even bother purchasing from this company. Don't even reply to you. Needed to return something as my item was cheap and marked but never replied. Cheap and nasty products they sell

Customer service is quick to respond but clueless about solutions. Courier service is abysmal and tracking number doesn’t work. Product lying in city from last 7 days and not received.

I purchased a "Magic" expandable hose from Home One. The hose leaked at all connections, which I was able to mostly rectify myself. Then the hose sprung a leak that was unstoppable. This was within 30-45 days of ownership and light use. They replaced the faulty hose and the replacement hose literally blew apart at one of the connections on my first use ... washing my car! They refuse to cooperate stating that they only stand behind their products for 30 days (I was past the 30 days but it was my first use). Really? A hose should last for years, not days. If I could rate them lower than one star ... I would. Would not do business with this company. Oh, by the way, as a consolation, they insulted me by offering me a 20 % discount to buy additional inferior products.
