Bedankt voor de leuke review! Ik heb even uw profiel bekeken en zou willen adviseren om ook een profiel foto en informatie toe te voegen. Mensen willen graag weten met wie ze te maken hebben. Mvg Vincent

I find the Online Gallery well presented and easy to use. The paintings I have inherited from my late father are now on display on a global scale, like he always wanted! He will be smiling down, knowing I believe in his paintings being well received as always. Keeping the memories alive ! thank you 🙏 😊

Dankjewel Marcellus! Fijn om te horen! We doen ons best om het platform elke keer beter te maken! Binnen paar weken komt er een grote upgrade!

Only been on the site for a week or so cannot yet give it a 5 star review.
Easy to use, and to upload images. Cannot complain about the price as extremely minimal. What i would like to see is: i've upload to New Media and as that is what i think mine should be. Now i think there are 9 pages to this section, mine are at 8-9. What would be good if the page refreshes allowing me and other people to get their items higher up the page (one day my items are on page 1 or 2 next day or so could be back at 8-9). I found people cannot be bothered to keep scrolling through pages etc...,
And a translator app as sellers are worldwide.

Thanks Jeff for your review! In two weeks we will launch a new design with cool new features! Translation app is a good idea and we will implement this as soon as possible. The order of work is for every visitor randomly shown and the order is hold for 24 hours. After 24 hours you will see a new order of artworks.
My experience of working the Online Gallery
The gallery is comfortable for use. Using is simple. There are auctions. All this is very comfortable and not expensive. Although I didn't sell yet any artwork. But I think it is because I didn't make enough effort.

I found the site ok to upload my paintings. I had a bit of trouble with details of my address. It would not take my actual address and kept returning me to the page. I could not find the information I had saved. This happened several times until I allowed the Google address which is actually incorrect.

Hi, sorry for the trouble with your address. We use the google maps as input for the addresses. Maybe I could have a look as well. Otherwise we could override it. In a couple of weeks we will launch a complete new design with cool new features. We hope you will like it! Support@onlinegallery.art

Excellent service
Excellent service but I have a query do I need a website or can I still make sales .
Will a website benefit me because I haven't got a lot of disposable income at the moment.
Otherwise very satisfying

Dear Travor, thanks for your kind review! The website generator tool is a cool function for someone whom also want to have a personal website. This link can be shared in your biography on your social media. It also gives a bit more professional look. We also see a lot of visitors clicking on the website link of artists because they prefer to do business directly with the artists. We offer the same with your account on Online Gallery but not all visitors know exactly how we work. But if it is to expensive for you at the moment I would not advise to activate your personal website.

the possibility to create a platform as an artist was a good idea . It was doable. The check afterwards by Vincent was also quick and adequate. Immediately a message came that a price did not match the rest.

Happily New to Online Gallery!
I have just started my pages on OnlineGallery, but am making progress and look forward to the many options available with the Premium membership. I plan to try the Series next, to group topics together. The site is easy to use, though I did have to respond to a Newsletter email in order to "talk" to someone about a question I did not see answered in FAQs. It's just a learning process. I am excited to be in an "international market" hopefully!!! (I am in US) Shipping costs are unpredictable, so I am now including them in my sale price, which seems simple. Thank you for your good design and ease in setting this up myself. Really fun!!!!

ALL IN ALL A VERY PROMISING ONLINE ART…
ALL IN ALL A VERY PROMISING ONLINE ART GALLERY,
BUT I WOULD LOVE TO SEE THE AUCTION OPTIONS A BIT MORE RELAXED REGARDING ACCEPTING A BID THAT IS BELOW THE IDEAL SELLING PRICE AT THE END OF THE AUCTION PERIOD; GIVING THE SELLER MORE LIBERTY AT ACCEPTING BID OFFERINGS.

Svar från Online Gallery
Thanks for your review. It is possible to set the starting price the same as the minimum price. In this way you as artist will receive the information about the buyer automatically. We are bounded by Dutch law that we can not sent information about someone that has placed not a winning bid to the seller. We do however sent an automated email where we tell the bidder that the minimum price is not reached and that he/she could contact the artists directly about the artwork.
