Very pleased with door nice and friendly and cleaned up thankyou

I have ordered the doors from them , because offer what I was looking for . There was issue with delivery time , I have called and fortunately was much longer waiting time , however I was not in rush otherwise will be problem. The doors arrived and was exactly like I wanted. Without delay will be 5 Star.

My order was cancelled on 21st July as this company could not fulfill their own delivery timescales today is 19th August.
I am still waiting on a large refund as had ordered 10 doors!
All I get is emails saying they are sorry.
I don't want sorry I want my money back in my bank account, where is it? How can it possibly take this long?

Really ban customer service…. I ordered a door with furniture only for the door to be delivered a week late with no furniture which would have been fine everyone makes mistakes but to ignore my emails regarding the missing item is very poor!

Avoid this company at all costs. Fraud company. I made a order on Sunday 6th July and realised I had made a mistake on Monday 7th July I rang up and also emailed them to cancel my order which they did. I was then told it's a 28 day refund policy and it has now been 6 weeks and still no refund £588 I'm out of pocket and still don't know when I'm going to be refunded. Please don't order from this company

I ordered a beautiful wooden door. The delivery was very smooth, quick and the door arrived on time. The customer service was reliable and nice as I had to call them to check the availability of the door and delivery time. I highly recommend.

Excellent quality, oak fire door in Georgian style. Nice and heavy. Just what I was looking for to suit my period property. Service was helpful and door arrived quickly.

Doors were ordered and advert said engineered solid core. The doors were bespoke and the order was £2,500. When the plans came to be signed off, they were described as particle board which really doesn't sound at all like 'solid core'. I cancelled the order and was told it would take 28 working days for my refund. After about 26 working days, the manager of the company rang me to try to get me to change my mind and appeared surprised that it had been so long since the order had been cancelled - he thought it had been cancelled the day before. He told me that the cancellation had not been progressed. Despite this, he told me that the refund would be with me in the 28 days. Hey guess what, it wasn't! No phone call to see if it had been received. It's either gross incompetence or deliberately keeping hold of my £2,500 for a long time. The money went out of my account immediately, why does it take so long to refund?

I ordered a door online, checked the website to ensure my postcode was covered and paid the £40 delivery charge. 5 days later I received an email asking for another £37 for delivery. I questioned why this was required and was told because my address (in Eastern Scotland) was not covered by their standard delivery. I replied to say that according to their delivery T&C’s my address was covered by standard delivery. Their response was that their website was wrong and I’d have to pay the additional delivery cost. At this point i requested a refund and I was told this would take up to 28 days. I explained that they had already had the full amount for my order for 5 days and given the issue is because their website information was incorrect, I expected a refund asap. I received a nice response from them apologising for the situation and that they would expedite the refund as it was their fault. However, a further 16 days have passed and I have not received my refund. I chased to see when this would be happening and was told that my refund was in a queue and I’d just have to wait.
I would avoid ordering anything from this company. They have now had full payment for an item for over 3 weeks and show no intention of refunding this in an acceptable timescale.
P.S A competitor company delivered the same door with their standard £40 delivery charge within 5 days of ordering
