Great site features and phenomenal support!
I looked at a few online memorial sites and online-tribute.com seemed to have most of the features we were looking for with an easy interface. There were a a couple features that we didn't see and asked the support team. The response was exceptional! Within hours we go a response and within a few days the feature we asked about was available.
After working on the site, we had a few other features we were thinking would be nice. Although they couldn't fulfill every one of our requests (which we were asking for a lot), the support staff responded to let us know what could and could not be supported and ways to achieve what we were hoping for with what was available.
We couldn't be happier with Online-Tibute.com and the support staff there.

A wonderful way to pay tribute to a loved one! I only wish I'd known about this when my parents passed away. This is very well designed and easy to use and the results are stunning. I can't begin to tell you how many people reached out, telling us what a beautiful and touching tribute this was for my wife's father. I highly recommend Online-Tribute.com!

There were issues deep into how the one…
There were issues deep into how the one donation pop up screen was loading partially off screen. They kept at it until the issue was resolved by adding a scroll feature to the popup screen. Above and beyond what I generally experience. Fantastic and fabulous service.
