Great service great experience

never received the cigars they are with customs which makes them now cost more than the original price due to excise tax.

Ordered first time last month.
Good service, reasonable price.
More selection will be nice.

From the UK it’s hard to find great deals on cigars, that is until I stumbled on these guys and wow my humidor is now packed with Oliva, RP’s,Brick House to name a few all at reasonable prices. Delivery is fast and well packaged with boveda inside to help on the way. My enquiries are dealt with swiftly especially by Rachel. All in all I totally recommend this company.

Have ordered several times now and the service has been great. Cigars are always very very well packed. Plus if you have any questions, they reply right away. I won't buy anywhere else now.

The packaging could have been better
They wrapped all the cigar boxes together, threw in a tiny Boveda pack in the middle and shoved all that into a shipping box.
Everything arrived in perfect condition but the aesthetics could have been better

Placed my order from within 2 months till now i did not recieved the order.
After tracking it for 2 months the order still stop in netherland
I contacted CS to ask them to cancel the order and refund my money
CS hold me till retutn back the order which can not make anything to move it !!!
This is very negative experinse and very bad policy and reactions from this orgnization

I started to look at online cigars at the start of this year, and have since made two orders with them.The website is very informative and easy to navigate . The range of cigars is huge and the prices are very good. As I live in the UK there is duty to pay before delivery is made. But even with this added cost it is still much cheaper than UK prices without compromising quality, Thank you all at online cigars.
