Onitsuka Tiger Omdömen 

Bought the Mexio 66 on their website and they came fairly fast! I did order them at 3am so they processed really quickly and got shipped out to UPS really fast. Can't say I've experienced anything of what the other reviews have said, but thought it'd be good to note that I had a good experience with them. But their customer service email is not there. I did contact them and never responded. Didn't get an email to say they were delivered either I had to go on UPS to check. Shoes fit great will check back if they break quickly.

I would like to give this company 0 stars. I see lots of reviews complaining about a 3 week wait. I have been waiting months! I got an email when I ordered saying: "Please find summary of your order below:
Descriptor in the bank statement will appear as THEGOODWAYS and might be different from website you bought from
Order Date: 08 Aug 2023"

It is now April 2024. No shoes.

So why are these shoes not being sent from or charged from the company I ordered them from? Was that a scam that Onitsuka Tiger should be aware of? Or is Onitsuka Tiger legitimately using this company? What is going on here?

As an interesting aside, my credit card was frauded later in August 2023. I'm not saying it was "THEGOODWAYS" who was responsible. I really have no idea who was responsible. I'm just taking this opportunity to vent about having to cancel my card days before heading off to the UK.

Back to my sneakers .... I'll never order from this company again, nor will I buy them in a brick or mortar store because I am so mad about being ripped off.

Jeg kan ikke genkende de andre anmeldelser i min egen oplevelse - skoene kom forholdsvis hurtigt (4 dage) fra Tyskland og er super gode.

Det eneste problem jeg oplevede var, at hjemmesiden blev ved med at smide mine sko ud af kurven, så selve bestillingen var lidt bøvlet. Kundeservice var dog behjælpelig indenfor 1 time på mail! 💪🏼

I have never in my life experienced such bad customer service. They have taken a lot of money off me, haven't sent my trainers and do not follow up or make sure i've even recieved them. I'm having to chase them up. Its been 3 weeks now, im out of pocket and have no trainers. Not sure why this is allowed to go on, im clearly not the only person this has happened to. Surely this is theft??
I just want my money back now, lets see how long this takes!!

Terrible service. After 3 weeks my trainers still hadn’t arrived. I called the company and they said they had been returned by the courier 2 weeks ago as there was a problem with the address. They had the correct address. They said they would refund me. They made no attempt to contact me 2 weeks to update or refund me. They have offered me 10% off but I would be hesitant to use them again given this experience and the other reviews I have read on here. The customer service team were helpful but given everything outlined above I can’t recommend them.

Do not order. Clueless company, clueless team. Very poor service - they ignored most emails. Package lost 3 weeks - they had an ‘investigation’s with UPS. Basically told to go away. No way to escalate an issue, no head office, no retail manager, no MD.

The shoes look great - although still waiting for delivery, and this is the concern. I ordered the wrong size inadvertently and quickly contacted their customer service department asking if the order could be changed. Standard response received - no sorry the order has been despatched. Three days later - still not despatched according to UPS. So basically the answer should have been - no we can't be bothered. So we have to wait for the original deliver - send back and reorder. Doubling (if not trebling) the carbon footprint of the delivery.

A 5 star service with a smile! I had noted a thin line crack on the shoe surface which I went in at Oxford circus branch to find a solution!
They replaced my shoes with out any quibble!
I was and I am very happy with my shoes, you pay the price but you are getting the best shoes, Very comfortable and great for walking! It has good grip

Beware very poor customer service,My order had delivery issues - took longer than quoted and then was delivered to the wrong address. The customer service did not follow up or respond to requests to do so. I realised reading the reviews that I am far from alone in this.

Good product but v poor buying experience. Website feels v slow and not v user friendly. Pymnt got declined several times for no reason before eventually going through. Took longer than expected to be delivered - about 10 days - which whilst is not that long, when it advertises UPS courier service you would think it would be quicker. No way of tracking the order that i could find, no emails or texts updating me of its progress. Appears was sent from Germany which you think could explain delay but ive had Nike ID shoes delivered from the far east (which require personalised printing etc) in quicker time. Will definitely think twice before buying again

Didn’t deliver on time - missed Christmas present. Terrible customer service. 9-5 mon-fri only.

Almost two weeks to deliver a product. Zero engagement from Onitsuka Tiger. Seems they just blame UPS and don't bother to keep customers informed. Not sure I'll buy from their store again - very frustrating experience.

I've been buying the same model from Onitsuka Tiger (the Mexico 66) for years. I believe I bought 7 of them, if not more...
I loved the trainers and that's why I kept buying them, well until the last pair I bought.

The prices have increased due to inflation and Brexit etc. but at the very least you expect the quality to be kept the same!!

Well it isn't! The quality has deminished drastically !! the trainers started wearing-off in just a month's time, and I mean a hole in the insole wearing-off
The quality is so poor it's barely believable.. (rapidly and badly wearing off outside and outside on a pair of supposedly leather trainers)

Such a dissapointment from what I used to consider a favorite brand!

Will not buy from this brand ever again!

A entrega demorou menos de 1 semana, o serviço de atendimento foi pronto em dar feedback e o produto foi entregue na perfeição, umas mexico 66 amarelas, lindas! :) tamanho 37 bastante confortável e real. Recomendo!!

I order one set of Mexico 66 shoe, but i got one unbranded sunglass. they are cheating to the customers i ask them to return my money still now no one reply to my email. don't go any one in this bellow mentioned link to buy the shoe. this people want to cheat customers.

Incompétents, aucun service clientèle et surtout aucune notion de la réglementation européeenne ! Pour se débarrasser du problème, après une dizaine d'échanges, me proposent 20 euros de réduction sur un autre achat... ils n'ont pas compris qu'un article défecteux sous garantie doit être remboursé ou remplacé. Finalement, me renvoient à la maison mère pour se débarrasser de moi. A fuir !

Næste 3 måneder er der gået siden bestilling. Og skoene er stadig på vej.
Hvis det nogensinde kommer.
Man skulle tro de var sendt fra månen med cykel bud.

Nice design, poor quality.

Received my first pair of Onitsuka Tiger & they did not disappoint from the moment they were released from their iconic yellow recyclable box to the ritual of lacing them up and wearing them for the first time. The iconic tiger stripes on both sides of each shoe reminded me of the linkage with history & Mexico 66. Comfortable to wear with its own unique style & sole, I am more than happy with my Onitsuka runners.
