I bought a onetwofit rebounder. I have had it seven months and one of the straps broke. I have no idea how to get a hold of the company. Can’t seem to find any information. My previous rebounder lasted me six years, unfortunately I do not know the brand name of that one so could not replace it. There is no way this new rebounder should’ve broken within seven months.

I lost my remote control for my treadmill, when I contacted the company I was told they don’t make my model anymore and don’t have spares!!
I wasn’t offered any advice on how to get the machine to work. I thought they might of suggested trying a remote from one of their other treadmills, but no.
I was quite happy to pay for a spare. Are they saying that all their treadmill machines have unique remotes for each machine.

Very poor customer service. Tried to get a replacement belt for an exercise bike and just ignore you for ages then will only engage if you have an amazon receipt which I didn't have.

Placed order in Jan, order said it was shipped and nothing has been received yet.

Have reached out 5+ times to inquire about an update and there's been no response.

DO NOT order from them.

I ordered a trampoline for my son. It worked well until the loops on the jumping mat began to tear. When enough of them tore, I tried to contact the company via phone and email. NO RESPONSE. My wife gave up and ordered a whole new trampoline. Eventually that same thing happened. I tried to contact the company again multiple times to GIVE THEM MONEY for a new jumping mat and got NO RESPONSE!!!! It's a simple mat. They could probably double their revenue if they just answered the phone or responded to an email. I will gladly buy from their competitor instead. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME DEALING WITH ONETWOFIT.

This company is an absolute scam! I ordered a spin bike from them solely because it stated on their website it ships from the USA. It is a Chinese company. After 2 weeks past my order I emailed customer service asking the status of my order. I wasn't given any shipping info. They told me to "wait a while" for an explanation. After 3 weeks from the initial order date and waiting for a reason for the delay I emailed them back telling them I didn't want their spin bike and asked for a refund. They responded saying "would a 10 USD refund be okay?" What the heck! By this point I had enough and went through my credit card company to recoup the cost. My card company refunded me the money in whole and are now dealing with onetwofit on my behalf. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!

La cinta de correr es de muy buena calidad, nada que ver con otras marcas del mismo precio. Esta es de aluminio, buena construcción con una base donde hace fricción la cinta de muy buena apariencia (a ver que tal resulta a la larga).

Por lo demás los botones iluminados, de calidad con textura de goma y muy sencillos de utilizar.

El mando también de muy buena calidad.

El sistema de ajuste automático de velocidad tiene unos detectores ópticos a lo largo de la cinta que nunca he visto en otros productos. Parece un producto de una marca muy premium.

Veremos que tal resiste al uso a la larga. Por ahora muy buena impresión.

Company a scam - I've filed complaints & looking to sue them.....

Do not order from this company machine broke within 3 weeks absolutely awful no help what so ever complete tac avoid at all costs

Ordered package deal on the 16.11.21; and got a text to say order confirmed. Nothing after and now website is offline. Has to be a scam. No way of contacting. Avoid.

I ordered a pull-up bar a month ago and never received it. I have contacted support several times and they told me to be patient and gave me an email address for complaints.
It's been 15 days since I sent an email and the only response I received was an automatic email asking me to be patient.
In short, it's shameful.

My order came 2 days earlier than it said it was. It’s great that you can do it at home.

I purchased a vibration plate. A month later, it would not turn on. Completely dead, no electricity to the product. I contacted the company. They replied back... "Sorry, no warranty" along with a 'crying' emoticon. Dead serious.

They're a scam, and a bit of research reveals their electric products frequently die after only a few weeks. Any legitimate company would be happy to make it right. Faulty products happen, and when they do, the company replaces it or refunds it. The customer stays a customer and the company keeps making money. Simple.

Unless of course, you're selling products of such low quality that fail so frequently, you can't afford to stand by them. Scam company hocking cheaply made crap for a quick cash grab.

Spend your money somewhere reputable.

I emailed the company directly at their customer service email (CS@, pulled directly from onetwofit.com) to confirm this was a legitimate vendor before posting a negative review. I received no reply from the company. It's been several days, still no reply.

Works perfectly. This is all you need to workout at home. It supports my weight with no problems.

I ordered a pull up bar and a toy doll arrived. The company has done nothing about it even though they asked me to send photos to prove it, which I did. Terrible. Now I face a battle to get money back. Do not use.

Great overall experience. Quicker delivery time than expected

Absolute scam artists! Were running a competition on Instagram, got all these followers from it and then removed the competition. They will delete any comments asking about the comp. Would not trust!
