One Stop Hire Ltd Omdömen

Hire was fine, scaffold tower and staging board arrived on the arranged day. Return was not so good. All the tower and scaffold were left on the drive ,as per instructions, they had to be accessible to be picked up. As with most drives there were cars parked as well. Not all the scaffold was removed so we looked on CCTV to see what the problem was. All we heard was f-ing this and F-ing that. It seems the person picking up the scaffold felt the staging was to heavy (fair enough) but then continued to swear about the cars parked in the drive. It was the kids who put the CCTV on and got a nasty shock. Not good, and not heard anything about picking up the rest.

Absolutely awful company at the Birmingham branch.
Two days wasted waiting for machines to arrive.
Only found out they're not coming when I called them myself.
Avoid !!!

If you like been messed about with several dates and have wasted journeys then use this company. What seemed like a good company is actually a completely incapable company. Just don't try to arrange anything with them, completely disorganised, use a more reputable company if you value your time and money.

This is the third time that I have used there services and I can only sing there praises, a real pleasure to deal with the new London Depot who have very knowledgeable helpful staff. I received bespoke advice on what type of access machine that I would need to fit into a very small space (a Church). The equipment turned up on time in clean serviceable order. Will defiantly be using them again.
