Appalling customer service.
We have a problem with a server hosted by One Provider.com which has caused a loss of data. A ticket was raised a over a week ago. This has been updated by us several times but we have had no response at all. Customer service is non-existent.

They deleted my server simply without any warning. Earlier when I tried to pay the bill, their website was down but again I checked my server was gone. You should not go ahead with them. I could not find any method to contact support.

Because trustpilot does not allow to attach the screenshot or reply to service provider, so I am replying here.
As per one provider, they could not find my record. This service provider is completely dishonest one.
This is the last invoice number 7132184
I never received reply to my email from oneprovider questioning their service.
All future customers should completely avoid this service provider.

They suspended 15 of my servers , they deleted 20 TB of my data! !!!
I had over 90 servers in this company, they shut down 15 of my servers with the excuse of ip tv and did not even give me rescue mode to recover my data.
None of my servers are even related to ip tv, the easiest excuse has been ip tv for them.
20 TB of data was lost because of these amateur kids!
Avoid working with companies like these that cannot control the data center they work for!

aucun accès pendant 3 jours
Pendant plus de 3 jours je n'avais aucun accès à mon panel pour pouvoir réinstaller mon serveur et finir mon projet. Aucun geste commercial n'a été proposé, aucun mail d'excuse ou d'explication.
Je crois que des fois il vaut mieux payer un peu plus cher mais avoir un vrai service

Be aware
Be aware - possibly a scam company. It might be a trap to steal your personal data. They request a selfie with your driver's license in hand and another one with your credit card. With this information, they could steal your identity and act on your behalf. I would recommend to stay away.

Seamless interface to manage cloud…
Seamless interface to manage cloud servers and dedicated servers. Very convenient amount of cloud servers locations as well as diversity of packages. I would love to see more availability at the locations I current have cloud servers in.

Stay away from them if you value your time
Ordered a server with them on February 10, got delivered on February 12. Everything seemed okay until the server that they gave me had a number of problems:
- IPv6 not working
- Reverse DNS not working
- IPMI not working
I've had a ticket opened from 13 February to 23 February with them totaling 50 replies trying to fix all of these problems. But guess what? After almost all of the problems were fixed they told me that the server is "out of service" and they can either replace it (that's another few days wait) or they can refund the server invoice to my OneProvider account. I chose to refund the server.
After that I've ordered another server with them on February 23, only for them to tell me today, February 27, in a ticket created by them, that "additional time is required to deploy your service", and when I asked support if I can expect the server to be still delivered within the normal 1 to 3 business days, they gave me the basic copy-paste answer and said that "The new servers should be delivered within 1 to 3 business days.", without even acknowledging their own message in the ticket that was created by themselves.
Their support team also sometimes gives incoherent, unclear and grammatically wrong answers. I've asked "Is the 100TB bandwidth limit per month?", and their response was "Yes, it reset each month. If you exceed the Bandwidth allocation is reset every month", this feels like a very incomplete answer to me. In addition to this, the support team members who respond to my tickets, all of them have "My location: North America" in their reply, but somehow they respond at hours like 2 AM EST and 4 AM EST. This makes me believe that they are in fact lying about their support members locations and their support members are in fact not from North America.
Overall, this is a bad experience, I wouldn't recommend them if you value your time. Hell, I'm not even sure I'll ever see this server delivered. They didn't even offered me the option to refund the money to my PayPal and be done with them.
OneProvider has gone downhill recently, I've had services with them in the past year and delivery times were very fast and the servers didn't have problems, not comparable to the disaster they have become.
29 February Update:
Their support team told me on 27 February that the server will be delivered "within the next 24 to 48 hours". However, even after 48 hours, the server is still not delivered.
4 March Update:
Even after 10 days since ordering the server was still not delivered so I decided to request a refund to my PayPal and they refunded me the money thankfully.
This is a overall total of 20 days without any working server from them, if I hadn't refunded it would've probably been even more than that.
As the review title says, don't buy from them if you value your time. I waited for a total of 20 days for them to give me a working server and even after that time, they still haven't given me a working server and I had to refund.

I've used a few server providers in the past but now I use OneProvider exclusively. I just bought another one today. Great customer service as always! Highly recommend 10/10

Oneprovider Scammer company i bought a dedicated server 3days before but i can't use 1day properly and when i ask oneprovider support team they saying me they not know why my server display blank.
and i paid him 40$-50$ and last time when i said i want to report google your company name then they said me they refunding me but trust me still 1days completed i leave yet from company and not refunded my money ,
so i suggest everyone don't buy any server from one provider they are totally scammer

Si proche d'ètre bien...
J'ai un serveur chez eux depuis un an environ, le serveur fonctionne correctement en soi, pas trop de problème de ce côté.
J'ai demandé une mise à jour de mon serveur pour savoir qu'elle upgrade était disponible et la réponse a été rapide et correct.
Cependant, le support technique est vraiment très très très, trop lent. Pour une réinstallation du système (chose basique normalement...) compté au moins 24h de marge et encore, je pense être gentils... puis payer 10€ pour mettre notre ticket en "prioritaire" je les fais 2x pour pas grand-chose au final, car le support technique n'est pas très orienté technique...
Ils ont surement limité par le fait qu'ils font de la revente de serveur, je suppose, mais ça prend réellement trop de temps de passer par votre support... faite quelque chose, vraiment !
Mise à jour 21/02/24: Cela fait environ 60h que notre serveur est inaccessible alors qu'hier soir, il devait l'être... plus de 5h pour réinstaller un OS, car il n'arrive pas à avoir accès au serveur pour me donner l'information de mot de passe root parce que celui qu'ils ont est le mauvais. Incroyable. Si pouvais mettre 0 étoile je le ferais sans hésiter.
Mise à jour 23/02/2024:
Le serveur a été réinstallé le 22/02/2024 après 12 h d'attente… Tout se passe bien, ils ont juste installé la mauvaise version d'Ubuntu... mais ça se met à jour, donc pas trop grave...
Après réclamation, ils m'ont fait un geste commercial et "remboursé" des 10€ pour le support "express".

Z całego serca mogę polecić usługi OneProvider'a, po awarii dysku u dostawcy oferowanego przez nich w ciagu niecałej godziny otrzymałem odpowiedź na moje zgłoszenie zarazem z wstępnym wsparciem, mimo faktu że dostawca nie posiadał backupu plików (czego nie wymagam od odsprzedawcy) lecz mimo tego zrobil wszystko co w jego mocy abym mógł tego samego dnia wdrożyć kopie zapasowa dostarczając zastępczy serwer oraz pozwolił mi we własnym zakresie podjąć się próby reanimacji danych
W praktyce mając porównanie do dostawcy którego serwery OneProvider sprzedaje jestem w stanie stwierdzić ze wsparcie zostało mi udzielone w sposób najpoprawniejszy możliwy sposób w przeciwieństwie do tego samego dostawcy z którego usług wcześniej korzystałem bezpośrednio u którego nawet na podstawowa pomoc musiałem czekać nieporównywalnie dłużej
