I never received my verification page

I never received my verification page! How to get in contact with the person which whom notarized my two documents so I can get that verification page?

Excellent service

Notary was professional, easy to understand, and also personable which is nice given the whole exchange is done virtually. For the convenience of doing this at midnight from my own home, I would recommend this service to anyone!
