My daughter was wanting a necklace with her name written in Arabic in white gold and when she saw this she was so happy. She said she loves everything about it. Customer service was awesome. I was wanting to make sure her name was written correctly in Arabic, they replied with the correct spelling and give me 14% off!! Very happy and will be buying again from this company.

Terrible quality, my Israel map ring was listed as gold plating but it left a blue mark on my finger within less than an hour of wearing. At the end of the day of wearing it, some of the gold had rubbed off to reveal the true metal underneath. Soooo overpriced for what it is. I asked for a refund as I was not satisfied with the product that was clearly false advertisement but was denied.

First ordered a his and hers necklace no issues ordering on phone, when item arrived, the chain was too short (the pre populated chain was 18" when ordering on a phone, i reached out to customer support who failed to help and wanted me to pay for new chains even though i showed them that 18" was pre populated not chosen (if i chose i would admit fault), then Maria comes in and saves the day, she agrees to send 2 new chains free of charge (was happy to send old chains back) and even with super quick shipping. Since then i am running the 22" and wife running 20".

I am not opposed or against this business and i still have mixed feelings but only because Maria has been able to resolve the issue, would i order from them again thats hard, i would personally reach out to find measurements before i would order agaib
