I had a few delays with my order which customer service was awesome in troubleshooting but the wait was worth the quality of products I received!

Free delivery is advertised....but they add an additional charge for fees and taxes for UK orders...so delivery isn't free.
Braille order...both sides of a pendant....only one side done in braille and other side was print..disappointed....although website is UK..

This 14k gold, name necklace is a present from my boyfriend to me. It was burnt in the box and stuck to the box upon opening. The chain is fried. They must have put it in the box very hot after soldering it or something. I don't know, but it is unbelievable, and completely ruined! From what my boyfriend tells me, they don't believe him and want to charge him $100 to return it, plus shipping and handling. This is cheating us out of about $350.00. Horrible and disgraceful of this company. Not to mention, we are senior citizens, not the type of people that would lie about this.

The necklace was nice but the clasp was in the left handed position and I am right handed which makes it harder to get it on.

Ordered this item for our daughter, whose baby’s name is Ahava! Looks great and she is thrilled with it.

Dealing with onecklace has been a real pleasure, I accidentally ordered the wrong necklace and they refunded me 70% and let me keep the necklace since immediately ordered the correct one. And all that even though it was a custom item where lots of companies don‘t accept returns! Customer support was also very friendly and quick, I can personally recommend onecklace!

Bought a bracelet 925 silver at the end of march. Already it is discoloured and tarnished. When I complained I was told this is normal for silver and to buy a cleaner. Was a gift for my mum and has made her wrist break out too. All her jewellery is silver and this has never happened before. Expensive for this to happen.

Don’t trust this company. It took more than 5 weeks for delivery which was very frustrating as we ordered the item for a birthday gift. They lied about their location saying they were in Australia and made us re-order the item, causing a further delay in us receiving the item. The website stated 7-14 day delivery that’s why we made the purchase but ended up taking 5 weeks for delivery.
