I have now ordered 3 necklaces from this company. Each one has been as beautiful and high quality as promised.

I bought a necklace from Onecklace and at first there was an issue, it did not get engraved, I contacted customer service and they asked me to send it back which I did. I also provided photos by email. When they received it they immediately set to work correcting the issue and were very ready to work with me as I also wanted to get a longer neck chain and increase the thickness. They were very responsible and contacted me almost every day and sent me photos of the newly made necklace for my approval first before shipping it. I recounted this mishap in this review because I think is shows the true core of the company we are buying from and with Onecklace is like working with a trustworthy Jeweler in person as much as it is possible online. I highly recommend and will be using Onecklace as my primary source of jewelry. God bless.

Bought a Greek cross necklace, when I purchased I didn’t realise that it would be shipped from Israel as website has uk address. When it arrived looked very cheap and flimsy not worth the £60 I had spent!

Thrilled with my Hebrew name, and Chai in a heart, necklaces! It's the 2nd time I've ordered from Onecklace. They make it so easy by the choices as you make your order. I went for the more expensive 'double thickness' option this time, and the results are even more covetable, but in no way was my earlier one compromised in quality. I chose the lobster clasp option this time and that's definitely easier to fasten. I also went for the '22-box' length which may be too long for some, but you can put it on over your head without having to undo it each wear. It was fast delivery. Can't recommend the company enough. I felt a lovely energy buying from them.
