Great Customer Service
Purchased a 23 necklace for my daughter and the chain broke months later. I contacted Onecklace about purchasing a replacement chain and they were very happy to offer a solution and made the transaction as smooth as possible. We received the replacement necklace and my daughter is so happy she is able to wear her 23 necklace. I will definitely purchase from Onecklace again great customer service and they offer a nice jewelry selection

Order never shipped and refund refused
The merchant claimed my order was shipped and provided an Australia Post tracking number, stating delays were normal. Weeks later the order had still not arrived. When I contacted Australia Post directly, they confirmed the parcel had never been picked up and was not in transit. Despite this, the merchant continued to blame delays and asked me to wait. When I requested a refund due to non shipment, the merchant refused and would only offer a replacement. This was misleading, time wasting, and failed to meet basic consumer standards. Refund eventually processed a month after order.

As soon as the delay was confirmed, we offered a replacement order and credit to make things right. Our ultimate goal at Onecklace is to ensure that our customers are happy and satisfied, and we take every concern seriously.
We have issued a FULL refund and you have been personally notified about it.
We regret that your experience was not up to the standard we strive for and would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to resolve any remaining concerns. We value your business and hope you might reconsider your review, as we did provide a resolution and acted in good faith throughout the process.

I am very pleased with the personalized Jewish name bracelet I ordered for my daughter. The value is excellent for the price I paid, the quality is very good, and the item was shipped quickly and for free. The only thing is the regular adult size chain is a bit long and she may need to visit a jeweler to cut off the section that dangles. Otherwise, love it!
