The system worked, which for someone who is not very technically minded, is all I can ask of it!

sometimes website does not work properly tried2 weeks ago to process digital card order, would not take card details tried last week with physical card and it work, the system does seem to be temperamental. Also spending the digital card in stores is problematic id it a company reward as a code goes to work phone, who takes work phone shopping with them!

I was looking to purchase a high-value gift card and initially didn’t realise there was a maximum limit per card. Thankfully, this was clearly explained on the website, which helped me avoid ordering multiple cards — something that wouldn’t have felt as professional for the recipient.

I ended up placing an order for a suitable card and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived the very next day! I was slightly hesitant at first due to the mention of ID authorisation during checkout, but after reading a bit more on the site, everything made sense and gave me the confidence to go ahead with the purchase.

The card arrived promptly with clear, simple instructions for the recipient — which really put my mind at ease. Great service overall 😊

i have contacted customer services via email and phone but still no one rings me back despite promising 24 hour call back, i will be requesting the funds to be returned to us and will not be using you again, customer services are useless

ordered vouchers on 3rd june, i of the packages arrived the next day but as off 10th June i am still waiting for the other 2 packages

Utter rubbish. Unable to use the card. Third year that my employer has given me a £50 gift card that is utterly useless. One4all are laughing all the way to the bank.

Further to my last review; instead of throwing away the card whilst there are people starving I decided to use it, things have got worse!
The card has to be your dominant pay card on your phone, thus removing a trusted company such as a bank for whoever the hell this company is. The company is not a gift card company they are a pre-loaded debit card company, basically. Absolutely pointless. So I got the card on and working and went to M&S, no issues. However I then used my phone to pay elsewhere (ie. One of the other millions of companies that exist, but that's don't accept this random pre paid debit card) and low and behold my payment didn't go through as you cant pay for goods with random bits of colourful chav style plastic. I then spent 20 minutes trying to remove said card and add my actual bank back on, which has a function in society and can be used to pay absolutely anywhere in the world! Again, just to reiterate, if I could give zero stars I would.

Received a card as a gift from a friend. I had to scratch the grey area on the card to make my personal code appear. As I was scratching (softly), I scratched the code away. It´s impossible to read it now. I contacted customer service. They offered me a new card, but it will cost me 5 euro´s?!?!?!

Placed 2 orders, one went through fine, second one no sign 24 hours later. Tried customer services and have just got stuck in a loop and no one able to help. But love passing me on to someone else. Awful customer experience, would not recommend.
