I haven’t received my e card that I ordered to gift to someone on Christmas. I was expecting that I will receive the card straightaway. Called customer service and they said it usually take 48 hours max to process the card and here I am after 5 days with no signs of card after ordering it 3 days before Christmas.

I love the idea of buying a gift card that can be used anywhere it’s very useful for a family gift when you have different ages and genders to cater too, however I’m from Ireland but live in the USA, your website is not user friendly, the verification system has no option for a US mobile and makes the purchasing system a bit frustrating , It is a wonderful option in today’s world with tariffs bad postage delivery issues etc to gift our Irish families , but make it less frustrating to the US market to purchase

It’s very annoying that you can’t send the verification code to my Australian phone number. That means I have to get someone in Ireland to accept the code and pass it to me. I’ve reported this issue before. Not great customer service that it hasn’t been resolved.

I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could. Received a €125 gift card and it wouldn't work on various sites even though it says they are accepted online to then have to ring customer service and be told you can only use up to €50 at a time. What a joke? Now I can't even buy what I want. Useless card and even more useless helpline.
