I received a gift card in the amount of $25. The card had a magnetic slide malfunction. I called Omni twice and requested to replace my card. The first time they promised they will replace the card and ship it to me. Nothing was received. After a month I have called again and received an email confirmation that my card is being shipped. 3 weeks passed by and I haven't received any card. When I called the third time the rep said that it was mailed via UPS, however she was not able to give me the tracking number. She said they don't have that information. This is a huge SCAM.

This is a scam company that no one should trust. I had a very bad experience with this company. I got a gift from a very good people for me to support my kids. The card got scam when I was activating the card. They filed a claim and promised that I will get a new card. I received that new card and I was not able to activate the card. I called them and they said the new card informations were not recorded in there system so they will cancel that and send me another card. I waited for almost three weeks and I call them back and they were twisting and turning me down. When I called I will wait for almost 10 to 20 minutes and all of a sudden my call will be drop. Some people will never go without being punished. Any single dollar being scam from me my it be a great loss for them. This should have been a great support for my kids .

I have been waiting for them to reissue my card and itâs been forever! The supervisor who told me his name is jofias. P said that $0 is on the card and clearly lied to me that I have no balance, when I can clearly see the amounts that are in my cards online

I have had this card since Christmas and it HAD 100 dollars i was so exited to get stuff off of shein so I did and then I tried to get more but guess what It was declined I go to omnivore to try and see my balance but nope they just stole my money and now I have 79 cents like what am I supposed to buy with 79 cents?

garbage company. I just got my card literally yesterday and someone already stole 1000 dollars too purchase shoes from Tory Burch online. Omni card I need my money back or I will take legal action. You guys have screwed over a lot of people

My card was activated yesterday, my balance was $1500. 2 hrs. Later I was trying to use the card and was decline. I went home to check my balance and ohhh surprise my balance $0.00. I hope they can help me to find my money.

If I could give this company no stars I would. The card stopped working after the first 30 days. I called and spoke with multiple representatives and they advised me to keep trying at different retailers. I attempted to use the remaining $41.68 balance up to the expiration date at more than 20 different places to no avail. I was advised by multiple associates that I could call in and ask for a balance transfer to a new card after it expired. Not only was this not true but HOURS of my time have been wasted trying to access these remaining funds. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

There cannot be a worst gift card on the planet. Absolute sham. Use the card for the exact amount, or lose it. Use it in 12 months, or lose it. Call customer service and get told different things every time that DO NOT WORK. DO NOT USE THIS CARD!! No business should EVER trust these crooks. You will only get bad feelings from your customers!!!

I received a card from my employer Dec. (2019). I was going to use for a concert earlier this year. It never happened due to COVID. Never used the card since I never went to the concert. (4/2020) Now I look at the card and my $100 is gone. Poof disappeared. They kept it. Yes the card has an expiration date, but don't you think they would be willing to extend...especially due to COVID. NoâŠthey canâtâŠwonât. SorryâŠtoo badâŠ.canât help youâŠthanks for giving us money.

My current feedback about this company and it's Virtual OmniCard is a total joke. The Customer Service is useless and there seems to be no urgency in resolving any issues pertaining to the use or lack of use of the card. Minus "0" stars and be warned, if your looking to reward your employees with this card, please choose somebody else...
I received an Omni Gift Card for myâŠ
I received an Omni Gift Card for my participation in a medical study. When the link for the card was forwarded to me from the Medical Company ..I claimed the card and checked the balance. The correct amount was there. When I attempted to use the card with Amazon it was unsuccessful. I then tried at Walmart.com. also unsuccessful. I called Omni Card and was twice told to call the company who issued the card to me. That company would tell me to contact Omni. When I finally decided to refuse to get off the phone with Omni the third time I called. I was told some of their gift cards had to be updated due to system issues within Omni. They sent me an email asking for issue details and promised I'd get a new card within 48 hours. I am still waiting. It is strange to me that Omni kept referring me back to the company who sent me the card when it was their system issue. Basically they stole the medical companies money and in turn mine. If I ever participate or know I will receive a gift card I will be sure to ask where the card comes from. If its Omni I will run as fast as I can the opposite way.
