grosse arnaque. j'ai payé les cartes mais je n'ai jamais été livré.
A éviter absolument.

J’ai commandé trois cartons omnicard. J’attend toujours la livraison. Malgré plusieurs relances, rien ne se passe.
C’est une grosse arnaque financière. Ne commandez rien sur se cite.

I received a card from my employer, and it expired less than a year after being issued. What's the point of that? We all know...

Donr bother they send a card out and cancel it takes 4 months to get it sorted by that time. I which they closed my account. found a better card I suggest give them a miss as can be dissapointing and other good offers out there deperate or not don't sell your soul to a company that seems to have more provmvlena than a car in the heat

Gift Card Visa Omni Card received by my husband as Xmas Gift Card due to Covid.
He used it once then gave it to me and I forgot about it tried to use it in January and found out it Expired 12/22. There was $100 left on it.
We called they know exactly what's left on the card but after waiting 7 days they denied, said too late. Like whose money is this? In Canada Cards don't expire by provincial law.
VISA should be standing behind these cards if they want to put their name on the front. Whenever I am at a Gift Card Counter I make sure I tell people about these cards that they are a rip off and how they expire. Might as well throw their money away. Even MacDonalds honours old gift cards. VISA needs to do the same.

If I can give zero I would. Expired card - won’t issue a new one - saying bound by bull crap - $100 kept by OMNI - I wish my company just gave me a Target card

I call request replacement my card two months now. open the case wait for 17 business. check the usps informed delivery. never see any letter come from omnicard. Is that they want to keep my money? don’t want to give me back. should I go to the police station get help?

This card was issued to me as a help by United Way. After I lost my house in a major fire. By the time I received it and activated it This outfit had already deducted 4 months @ 4.95 on a 500 prepaid card. This 500 $ card was bought and paid for by United Way as a means to help people who lost all and the money was already deducted by the time I received and activated the card! What an immoral dirty rotten outfit defrauding both United Way and people in dire need of help and assistance. Shame shame shame!

FYI All I have gotten my money back after a long phone call. Do not give up. I said, "This isn't a thing" (funds that expire and suddenly are inaccessible) and I did get them to send me a new card. The person on the phone seemed like the only person at the call center. He tried to tell me the funds were gone. It possibly helped that it was 700+ dollars. He clearly felt guilty. I cited Covid, etc... but basically just was firm that they had to give me my money. Recently, I've gotten someone on the phone after hours by calling (877) 610-1075 and asking to be transferred to the omnicard department and leaving my number when no agent was available. An agent quickly called me back.

Best rip off gift card. Should be illegal. Shame on you . DO NOT PURCHASE …

I was totally scammed by this company. I was issued a $500 Visa rewards card from Omnicard, In connection with a promotion I won at work. Nowhere on the card or the paperwork that arrived with the card, did it state that once the card was expired the funds would be forfeited and become the legal property of Omnicard. When I received the card I didn't realize it had a very short time period before it would expire. I put the card in my safe to use it a later time. I had a family member who was diagnosed with brain cancer and subsequently died during this time. When I reached for the card I realized it had been expired for about a month. I called this company and I was told that there was nothing that they could do because of a contract and Omnicard keep the unused funds once the card expired. I had never even activated the card and it had the full $500 on. I explained the whole situation to them and they didn't seem to care one way or another. This should not be legal and somebody needs to look into this fraudulent company. I plan to file complaints with every entity I can.

Me too. What kind of crap. How dare you get a gift card from your Union and they snag the last 5-10 dollars. This place must be raking in off this scam.!!! Never again. Business beware. Do not purchase as gifts this pos company operates a dirtbag business.

This company as others have said is a SCAM!! Reward card expired and they stole our cash.... DO NOT TRUST!! SCAM ALERT!!!

Same deal as everyone here. Zero balance with no customer service. Currently in contact with customer service. BBB has multiply complaints. If no resolution in my favor in a reasonable amount of time I'm reporting to all consumer agencies to stop this fraud.

SCAM.. I wish I could give 0 stars. My girls birthday party was in May this year 2022. They recieved this $75 OmniCard Visa giftcard. I just tried to used the card in July 2022 and it's expired 03/22. Crazy thing is the friend that purchased it put the receipt in the card with it and it was clearly purchased May 1st, 2022. Which means they're selling expired cards and keeping the money because they won't let you use them. This should be illegal. This company is a SCAM...

STOLE my kid's GRANT money! She work very hard helping people and was awarded a grant by Hershey's Foundation. Checked the balance and $209 are GONE!!!!

This company pocketed the $100 gift card my employer gave me. They swept the account and said card was expired. When I checked the account, they stated the card was expired. When I called them to re-issue the funds they said they were "bound by the contract and we cannot change that we can sweep the account for the remaining funds.
