Dinkum Dolls by Olli Ella Omdömen 

Terrible service. Takes ages to get a response from “The Customer Happiness Team” if you get one at all. I had a large order that I paid for back in May, as one item was on back order they didn’t send any of it. I finally hear from them in August despite the back order having by this stage been in stock for a month to say one item I purchased and paid for in May is no longer in stock 🤦🏼‍♀️. Still waiting on anything to be sent

My son absolutely loves his Dinkum doll but after only two months of cuddling this toy to sleep it has already ripped. The stitching is not great quality so the hood of the doll has come off, plus the clothes of the doll is very flimsy because it got a hole in it after only two months and quickly grew into a large tear. Luckily my son is not bothered by this because he’s so smitten with this doll but honestly I am very disappointed with the poor quality of the doll. Would not recommend, especially if you have a child who is very precious about their toys and would be upset if their doll was falling apart.

Customer service has been shocking, my problem is still not resolved at all and the emails are taking over 3 days for one response causing more delays and communication issues! I wont be bothering with them anymore, product quality control is shocking and this is too much hassle to even get a response!

Quality is hit or miss and they don’t stand by their products. Don’t offer exchanges only 20% refunds for damaged items. I used to love them but with my last three orders something was always faulty. Like a HOLE in the leg of a Dinkum. I don’t understand the hype when their stuff is always damaged or faulty. Customer service is also really slow and they don’t seem to care about brand image or customers. I’m so upset because I’ve loved their toys when they arrive in good shape.

They also use “handmade” and “environmentally friendly” as coo-outs. I also tried to write reviews on the site but they never went through. I can’t find anywhere to write reviews but here to warn others. Don’t understand how it is allowed.

I love the doll I ordered from Olli Ella and they customer service was fantastic. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

I bought the Magical Creatures Holdie set of three, and it arrived promptly and beautifully packaged. My three grandsons love the little creatures. They are well sewn and very appealing.
During the last couple of years we have also purchased three Dinkum Dolls, as well as various outfits. Everything we've had from Olli Ella has been of excellent quality and the company has been easy to deal with.

Having recently received some wonderful customer service I wanted to rave about OlliElla! A brilliant sustainable company, that seems authentic and genuine. A rarity to find good, old-fashioned customer service, every time. I will be back!

Our two girls love their dinkum dolls. The soft bodies are great for snuggling up to and the interchangeable outfits are adorable, as well as being easy to get on and off for little fingers. They also love that their dolls can stand with the shoes on.

We purchased a couple of the Piki baskets for Easter 🐣 and a gift. Absolutely love them so cute. Super fast delivery as usual and gorgeous products.

I purchased my daughter a Dinkum Dog and this was the first soft toy she really interacts with (12 months). She laughs at him, cuddles him and now is learning to play with the magnet bone. Adorable toy that has a special place it our home.

I received a doll accessory as a gift for my daughter’s birthday. It arrived broken and the gifter did not contact them. I emailed the company asking for a replacement and they said all they could offer was a 20% coupon, which would still be $45 out of my pocket to purchase a new item. It’s crazy how much they charge for these and can’t replace when they arrive broken. This will be going into the garbage because you cannot replace rivets with sharp pins in a child’s toy.

Yeah, so after three orders I am calling it…this company is a SCAM. This is my first time complaining.

The first time I ordered from them was the Christmas of 2019. Bought my daughter a mini chari basket. It wouldn’t stay upright and started cracking right away.

Second time I purchased two Dinkum dolls and two Holdie folk. My kids were so disinterested in them. They couldn’t get the dinkums to stand up and their hair was shedding all over. The Holdie were very similar. The hair was shedding everywhere and the hats didn’t fit them. The material the dolls are made of pill horribly after a short time. I mean days, or they may have even come that way. Why aren’t there other negative reviews? Are people being bought off? Am I really an exception to product quality? They keep getting me with the marketing, yet I keep receiving a product that I am ashamed of.

I've been contemplating buying an Olli Ella Doll for my daughter for a while, and decided to splash out on the Fawny Twiggy doll. I imagined it to be similar quality to Jellycat brand given the price. I was sorely disappointed, the doll has glue around edging, and frayed bits of material, felt almost 'singed'. What a shame, as the image is beautiful but the quality doesn't shine through. Do not buy if you want a beautiful doll for your child, this will not stand the test of time and feels cheap.

Their products are always faulty. Honestly just go on their Facebook page. Terrible quality especially for the high end price tags.

Postage costs are not accurate!! Northern Ireland is part of the uk and postage costs are the same at the moment so why are they charging £4 more to post to Northern Ireland than to post to the United Kingdom??

Beautiful unique products and truly exceptional customer service.

I initially really liked the product but after five months it had irreparably broken through no fault of my own (a handle made of thin straw wore away after light useage). No response from customer service.
