My daughter’s beloved Tiny had a wobbly arm, I contacted customer service and honestly wasn’t expecting them to be able to do much as I had bought the doll last year. They responded super quickly and allowed me to pick a new doll to be sent out as Tiny was out of stock, they even allowed my daughter to keep her Tiny! Button arrived today and is perfect! 🥰
The team are so super helpful and go the extra mile to make our little ones happy. We have a ridiculous amount of Olli Ella goodies and each one is so well made and beautiful. Thank you for all of our gorgeous items and creating a beautiful little Olli Ella community 💕

Our order didn’t arrive as expected. I contacted the team and they replied promptly rectifying the problem and sending a replacement parcel by express delivery. My daughter loves her dog

Strongly recommend Olli Ella, I placed an order for my first time and used Afterpay, I didn’t receive an order confirmation so I called the number and turns out I had mistakenly entered in my email address, not only were they super friendly, they fixed up my mistake and confirmed the order had gone through, I mentioned that my daughter was at home watching the mailbox and was super excited about the baby carrier coming, then they went above and beyond and contacted the warehouse to ask them to get the order ASAP. Something I was not expecting at all, but it made the world of difference to a little girl. Such a family centred company and has been our best customer service experience in the last few years. So THANK YOU!! In addition when carrier arrived it was PERFECT!

I purchased an Olli Ella wagon over a year ago in anticipation of moving into our new home and decorating our nursery. I was so disappointed when it was time to set up his nursery find that I had somehow misplaced the handle to the wagon. Within a few days customer service had sent a new handle for free, and followed up to make sure I received the part. I cannot say enough good things about this company! Great quality products and service!

Discovered Ollie Ella at my local toy shop and I’m now obsessed. My daughter now has at least one of all their doll types, as well as a whole bunch of baskets. Their quality is great, and they are all sooo cute.

Ordered something for my daughter to have in hospital and the courier company delivered it to the incorrect address. Olli Ella immediately helped and had someone personally deliver a replacement from their warehouse the following day. We have multiple product from Olli Ella and my daughter loves them all. The most beautiful quality products and the best customer service.

I ordered 2 items from Olli Ella - unfortunately one arrived in the wrong colourway. I contacted their customer service and they could not have been more helpful. The correct item was despatched quickly and both seem to be of great quality.

This company are the best company in Australia. Their customer service goes beyond excellent. Their products are unique and special. They told me they were all moms so I had so much empathy coming from their side. When I had an issue with a stroller I bought and came a bit damaged. They offered me solutions and on top making sure I’m happy with the solution. I highly apreaciate the team and I can’t wait to see what else is coming this year!

Terrible!!!!
Had an item missing from my order, emailed and trekked to call multiple times and no answer. Was promised that the missing item would be delivered via express delivery and I’d receive a tracking link when it leaves the warehouse, we are on day 7, still no tracking link or item. Nor do they answer the phone.
Just avoid and buy olli Ella from another site not their own!! 😡😡😡😡

Not happy that I got a false back in stock notification, was able to purchase, was charged for the product to then be sent an email saying the product isn’t available even though it was still showing as available on the website. When I asked when it’ll be back in stock, they weren’t able to advise. I’m still waiting for my refund

Lovely looking doll but the hair comes put of the cotton and falls out. Really bad for this price of doll. The Annie apple is now discontinued it seems and I can't leave a review on their website. Offered a refund but would not buy any more of their products. Only keeping it as it was a 1st birthday present. Shame I can't add photos

Actually the cutest! Stumbled across this brand hunting for a Christmas present and the cute little faces and softest fluff fur has become the present of the season.
Love that they are weighted for comfort too. Highly recommend

I ordered last minute Xmas Gifts and they arrived within a week. The dolls are beautiful and were a big hit with the kids.

Absolutely love these products! The Cozy and Dozy Dinkums are my 'go-to' gift for all of my family and friend's new babies!! And the Holdies are always a winner with the bigger kids ... My best friend's 3 and 5yr old girls LOVE their Holdie Fairies and my nephews have just received their Holdie Dog-gos and are obsessed!

Thank you for creating such wonderful products that bring smiles and endless adventures to my little one. His Dinkum Dog is not just a toy, it's a cherished friend that accompanies him everywhere.

I love (and more importantly my daughter loves) her new cozy, it's so soft and well made. The customer service I received was excellent when I needed to make a change to my order.

I have been looking everywhere for a doll that resembles my son with curly red hair and was so excited to discover Olli Ella’s dinkum dolls. I bought my son a doll named Pea and he hasn’t put it down since. The quality is great and I know we will be buying lots more of their lovely products in the future.

Refuse to take responsibility for shipping a broken/defective/incomplete product.

I’ve tried posting the below on Olli Ella’s Instagram page but they deleted my comment. Incredibly dishonest business practice.

Purchased for a birthday gift. Website states delivery within 3-5 business days but it’s been 8 business days and the parcel’s still not here so I’m not gonna be able to get this gift in time to the birthday girl. Used the live agent chat function to check on the delivery status and all the agent could tell me was to check directly with FedEx instead, and took absolutely no ownership over the delay, never mind that it’s Olli Ella’s website that promised 3-5 business days.
