Order took ages to arrive. I had checked the sizing but it did not fit. Very poor quality, not at all as pictured or described. Glossy website but terrible products 👎 waste of money!

I'm reading all the other poor reviews and they mirror my own experience. The two shirts are cheap and nasty and shipped from China. Misleading advertising. Multiple emails with conflicting messages and now fighting to get a refund. Suddenly introduced a ridiculous returns policy AFTER several emails asking for a refund. IT'S A SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

Wish Id checked here first! Still waiting for an order that is clearly coming from China, despite the facade of being London based. Bombarded with "progress" emails that show absolutely no progress. They notify a British courier of upcoming delivery, to give the impression delivery is imminent when the item is clearly still in China. I dread to think what cr*p I will receive- assuming it ever arrives! DON'T TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE!!!

The garment is not like the advertised photo, it is cheap nylon, amateurishly made and no labels anywhere!
THIS IS A SCAM as there is no store in London and the item was sent from China!
And it certainly is not worth the price. DO NOT BY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Terrible quality, not as described. Fabric cheap and scratchy. No legal refund procedure, even though advertised 30 day money back no quibble refund.

This is a scam company. The items are the poorest quality and cheap polyester NOT linen as advertised. They do not accept returns and bully you into keeping the items as they charge £10 per item to return. This company needs investigating by trading standards. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE

A hideous polyester tee shirt has arrived instead of the linen top I paid for .

Don’t be fooled by their middle class advertising, it’s a scam.
My linen blouse is very much polyester, as stated on the label. No London shop and no UK contact details. I’m going to report to Trading Standards on Monday. I did think the constant emails after ordering were weird. The blouse is awful. Might get away with an hours wear with plenty of deodorant!

Don’t buy anything from this company, their website is fake, they are not in the UK. The jumpsuit I ordered not only took weeks and weeks to be delivered (even tho I was getting updates saying it will be delivered soon) the material is flammable and whoever made it must have been wearing an eye mask, it’s awful and not fit for purpose. I am now trying to return it for a refund 🤦

This is basically a scam. There is no London shop. My goods arrived after two months wait and there are no resemblance to those I ordered. Described as linen but in reality polyester. Do not under any circumstances or anything from this company.

Item bares no resemblance to what was advertised. Cheap rubbish from china. Offered me 10% of the purchase price. I don’t think do. Lesson learnt - read Trustpilot reviews before ordering!!

This was the most disgusting purchase ever ! The quality of the material was cheap ,thin , and static. The worst was that any returns are down to the buyer to send back to China at your expense and the alternative is 10 per cent refund. What a joke !! Considering it’s advertised as being in London , this is an absolute con !!!! The pictures of the clothes and the picture of the supposed shop are a joke or more likely AI!!!
It took so long to arrive “due to great demand” …NO it was coming from China.
I am so angry with myself for falling this . I can’t even wear this item and am too embarrassed to take to the charity shop.

Takes forever to come and when it does, it really is lime a joke. You just cant believe how poor quality it is !!

Nothing like the picture, bought a pair of dungarees, the advert shows a completely different look, what I got was silky feel dungaree with a pattern printed on it.
Correspondence is in French !
Guessing they are not French and are a Chinese distributor as they took around 3 weeks to get here, not London based as they make out.
Will not refund only a store credit note
£39 now lost and charity shop they will go

Don't not buy from these!! Despite its name and website this is a Chinese based distributor that operates online there is no store in London. The quality of the clothing is poor, cheap and nasty. To return the item that doesn't match the pictures or description they want me to pay for returning international shipping and have a £10 admin fee deducted. Shocking.

The quality of the clothing is poor 95% polyester and 5 % spandex(cheap and nasty) I waited 3 weeks for my item to arrive correspondence was sent from a French email account from Marc & Claire Paris in French (wtf) and now they want me to pay for returning international shipping - buyer beware I’m not holding out much faith in getting anything like the £39.99 or the delivery charge back .

This is a Chinese supplier using a classy London advert to ship appalling quality products, a very sleek operation
My dungarees are viscose, static, no better than a rag and not fit for purpose, ladies you have been warned!
