Nula atención al cliente. No hay formar de contactar ni de acceder al área de clientes. Ni tfno. Ni mail. Ni funciona la página web.
Hemos activado el servicio stand by que tenemos contratado y nos siguen cobrando los recibos. Ya no sabemos que hacer.

Why do olivenet.es not answer when you in good time advice them that you want to cansel the contract because of house sale.
Have been writing 2 times asking what action we shall take in order to cansel the cntract, still no answer
Otherwise we have been satisfied with the connection

Instability and Weak signal, contracted condition of speed is not provided only with cable and additional booster .unfriendly customer support, extra charge without confirmation by a technician.

No sé ni por dónde empezar.
Me han hecho mal la instalación (ellos llegan, “instalan”, ni comprueban ni demuestran nada y se van.
Comunicó de primera hora el fallo vía mail ya que por teléfono era imposible y la única respuesta que obtengo es que firme el contrato.
Cuando consigo una solución (vía mail) es que me cuesta 49 euros que venga un técnico a arreglar lo que ellos han hecho mal de primeras.
La única solución que tengo es pagar por hacer un trabajo mal, porque para no seguir adelante con el cambio me quieren cobrar también. Que esta solución me la han dado cuando me he puesto a faltar al respeto a diestro y siniestro. VERGONZOSO.
Así que me tengo que aguantar un año, que visto lo visto ya sé que va ser nefasto.
Añadir que nada de lo hablado coincide con lo sucedido después, para mí y mi familia son unos estafadores

hoy me han cortado internet sin previo aviso ni notificación via email,que lo mismo que se nos envia una notificación cuando llega el dia 1 sin fallos para que abonemos la cuota,si hacen mantenimiento u otra cosa,nos deberiais mantener debidamente informados,nos merecemos tal derecho,yo les tenía en un pedestal,ha bajado la credibilidad,hoy me he quedado cerca de 2 horas sin conexión de buenas a primeras,estaba jugando online y sin previo aviso se me corto,habiendo abonado el dia 8 la factura cuando tuve dinero.eso no se hace,mañana me personare en la oficina para interponer una queja y una posterior reclamación,a ver como se comportan,pues las otras compañias si van a realizar mantemiento u optros menesteres avisan con 2 dias de antelacion,el envio multiple de email se aprende en parvulos de informática.

No Wi-Fi this morning. Probably more worrying is the lack of support available. Phone rings and then you're left hanging on and the call terminates. There's no voice recording to say 'we know you're waiting and thank you for your patience'

Os animo a que preguntéis a vuestros compañeros. Habéis dado una respuesta estándar y lo que decís es falso. Si faltáis no avisáis.

I ordered fibre optic internet and 3 SIM cards from them. They checked and promised they can connect our house to the Internet. Two very grumpy and unpleasant men (Olivenet's technicians) arrived and from very first moment concluded that it is not possible to connect us to fibre optic. When we asked the younger guy what's happening and he started talking to us, the older guy shouted at him in Ukrainian with orders not to talk to us. I speak a little Russian so I understood. They called (I assume) their office and argued in Ukrainian, then they left without any explanation other than "it is not possible". I called Olivenet and I was told someone will call me. No one called, so I went to the Torremolinos office a few days later to cancel the service. I was told I would be charged for 2 SIM cards €6.95 each (as the third one was a part of the cancelled package) which I accepted. However they took €25.83 from my bank account. I tried to get an explanation but my emails were ignored until I said I'm coming to your office. They refuse to refund the difference. All in all a very unpleasant experience. Total time wasters. To be honest, the young Spanish lady in the Torremolinos office was nice and tried to be helpful, but the company seems horrible so she couldn't do anything. We contacted Movistar who sent pleasant technicians, installed the fibre optic and provided SIM cards for a very good price. Avoid Olivenet unless you want to be ripped off and waste some of your precious time.

Happy with Olivernet in Fuengirola had them for 15 month and no problems customer service good

Les he realizado una TRANSFERENCIA INMEDIATA por error de 205 €, les he mandado justificante en el que indica que dicha transferencia iba dirigida a otra persona, y dicen que no han recibido nada, me dan largas, que dentro de un mes y medio, si es correcto me lo transferirán, pienso que quieren apropiarse indebidamente del dinero, trata a la gente con la punta del pie y roban sin pistola. Cuidado si queréis contratar con ellos, tarde o temprano os la meteran. EMPRESA POCO FIABLE. C U I DA D O

Really bad experience over the last 10 months, the only professionals are the installers because costumer service and IT team are rude and they speak to you as if you were some kind of dumb.

Mala gestión. Pago el día 5 de diciembre y me lo cortan la línea por pagarlo por otra cuenta. Se ha pagado el mes???. Si verdad!!. Pues me dicen que tengo que pagar como si no estuviera pagado . Una vergüenza

I've been with OliveNet for about 15 months. So far, no issues at all. Recently contacted them to upgrade to 1Gb connection as noticed that their prices had come down and I could get that for the same price I was paying for 500Mb. Rock solid stability and great download and upload speeds

Han venido 3 veces a instalar fibra óptica en 3 meses y las 3 veces se han vuelto a ir. Me han hecho gastar 250€ en una instalación desde mi casa a la calle por que me decían que es imposible y al final me dicen que tengo que encargarme de pedir permisos a 14 casas que hay entre su instalación y mi casa. Llamo al servicio de atención al cliente y me dice que es mi responsabilidad que ellos no pueden hacer nada. Estoy sin fibra y con una instalación de 250€ que no sirve para nada.

After cancelling my WiFi (moving abroard) and repeatedly asking them where I can pay online or to give me their bank details as I was also closing my bank account, they have ignored all my emails and continue to fine me! I told them on the phone when asking about cancelling, I emailed them MULTIPLE times and they keep ignoring me and the fines keep coming. It's sad because I never had a problem with their services before.

I've been a customer for a couple of years and I found the speed getting worse and worse especially at night. I rang a couple of times to mildly complain then on the third time customer service called me a lair in a very nasty tone, when I said I had complained about the speed before. Very bizarre behaviour, I want out of my contract early as the slow speed amounts to breach of contract but they say it will cost to end it. I really regret signing up with olivenet they are so bad.

Added. As you see olivenet asked me to follow their link to report issues so they could resolve them. I sent messages (attached) but was only greeted with a spanish BOT. Further let down and a waste of my time.

I have been a customer with OliveNet for a number of years and have never had a problem with their accounting or with their internet speeds, I have been very impressed with their service and the quality of installation. Highly recommended.

Hoy a las 23:35 en la Manga del Mar Menor se ha caído la red de Olivenet, es vergonzoso que con lo que se paga ya que es la fibra más cara de la manga tengan estos fallos tan grandes, cuando vuelva de vacaciones voy a mirar electrónica Martinez y Mangatel a ver si tengo más suerte con ellos.

The service here is just incredible. They charge you for everything. Apparently you supposed to take out your SIM card out of your phone when in countries outside EU this because no service of Olivenet is working but they do charge you! Then you want to speak to manager to solve the issue, they are never available, always busy lines. Instead of contacting you back, they just cut off all mobile data on your phone. This is ridiculous, they are supposed to call me back some days ago.

En la tarde de ayer comuniqué avería resultando ser deterioro del cable roido por las ratas.Al día siguiente se vuelve a cortar Internet por la misma causa.Servicio técnico y atención excelente.
