Would recommend to anyone

We have been receiving Okido for almost two years now. The process has been smooth and even better my little girl (now almost 5) LOVES it. Would recommend to anyone.

My niece (4) loves OKIDO magazine

My niece (4) loves OKIDO magazine. Every time she gets a new one she jumps for joy and races off with it to get stuck in. Her favourite thing to do is colour and doodle and there's loads of those activities in each one. Her and her mum like doing the recipes and the other craft or science experiments together and then video calling me to show me the results. Love it!

Quality time with kids

My kids always look forward to receiving the magazine and there are loads of lovely activities for them to do independently for some downtime or as a family - they particularly like find foxy and we enjoy the monthly receipes.

We love Okido

We love Okido! My little one gets so excited to receive her magazines each month! Love the recipes and how interactive the activities are! Have recommend to all of my friends!

Scammed by Okido

Okido seems like a really cute educational magazine for little ones. My son adored it when he was age 3-5. But when he grew out of it and we tried to cancel the subscription, we discovered the truth. Okido is a scam. For the last three years they have told me the subscription has been cancelled but continued to try to take payment (sometimes successfully). Avoid this company at all costs.

We sincerely apologize for the experience you’ve had, and we deeply regret the inconvenience caused. It appears that due to a technical issue, the payment agreement on PayPal was not cancelled correctly, even though your subscription had been cancelled on our system. We understand how frustrating this must have been for you.

To resolve this, we will ensure the PayPal payment agreement is cancelled from our end. We also recommend that you manually cancel any automatic payments through your PayPal account for added assurance.

Additionally, we will issue two manual refunds of £50 each back to your PayPal account as compensation for this mistake.

Once again, we are truly sorry for this oversight, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Useless customer service

My Okido subscription of £50 was paid by Paypal out of my bank account but they say it was not received and have not renewed the subscription. Customer Services seem quite unable to understand it is their error. I despair.

We are truly sorry for the confusion and any frustration caused. After reviewing our records, we can confirm that our Customer Care Team has been actively addressing this issue since your initial email thread started on September 13th. As agreed with you, we located the payment that was processed out of the invoicing term in May 2023.

Following our agreement, we refunded the payment made in September 2024 and applied the May 2023 payment to cover the subscription term from September 2024 to September 2025. We trust that Wilfred has been receiving the Okido magazine as expected since then.

We apologize again for any misunderstanding and appreciate your patience as we resolved this matter.

Ordered a toy

Ordered a toy, only available with them. Very excited child wants it for he’s first aeroplane experience. 2 weeks later no toy. So contacted them. It took 2/3 days for their response which was very limited, back snd forth they said they would send another. 2 days later emailed them again “when are you sending this replacement”. They assured me it was sent day before. 2-3 days postage. 1 week later not received, put a claim in with paypal and did get my money back instantly, obviously because of PayPal. Just seems to me they take people’s money and use it to maintain the business. Im a older nan and when i think back i haven't ever received such a poor service across the entire experience. I wouldn't use this company again if they was the only one in existence. Thank god i paid with PayPal

After receiving your initial email on July 11, 2024, we promptly arranged a replacement and dispatched it on July 15, following confirmation of your shipping address. We are currently investigating with our delivery partners to determine why neither the original item nor the replacement has been delivered.

Was a bit worried seeing some of the other reviews, but amazing experience

Ordered a toy, which was much cheaper than everywhere else online, and it’s arrived super quickly via Royal Mail tracked and in perfect condition in time for sons birthday.

Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Unable to track Okido Toy and not yet received yet.

Hi, ordered okido toy on 26th dec 2023, till now on 13th January 2024, i Haven't received the order. I was e-mailing frequently to customer care email address of okido.com, however I am getting no proer update about to track the product. Is there any update on the order.

Never receive an issue of my 4 months subscription!

I paid $45.00 for a 4 month subscription on the 23/11/2023 and never received an issue. It was ordered well before the cut off date for delivery to Australia (6/12/2023). Only received an email from their customer service after I wrote a review, mentioning it. I am still waiting for anything to show up now! I have cancelled the auto renew subscription and I would prefer a refund!

Excellent customer service.

I have subscribed to Okido for the past year for my grandson and he absolutely loves the magazine and looks forward to receiving his copy every month. I was so pleased with the subscription that I have now set up one for another grandson using the Christmas subscription offer and App. I realised that this included a special box for storage which I wasn’t sure would be included when renewing for my first grandson and contacted customer services where Charlotte made sure one was sent out in the post and also helped to change this subscription to include the app. Responses were quick, efficient and extremely friendly. I have found their customer service excellent to deal with and extremely helpful ensuring everything was settled to my satisfaction. Highly recommend.

Never receive any magazine after one month subscription

Like other user, quite bad experience with the customer service. I subscribed one months ago, never receive any issue yet. Send the email to ask for help, just reply they will order the replacement, when I ask how and where to find the delivery status and estimate arrival date no response at all. Can OKIDO customer reply my email.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs! I was charged £100 for automatic 2 year renewing of the magazine. Did not receive any email or notification prior renewing either. Emailed customer service, NO REPLY. Logged onto the account via website and told that I could only cancel my automatic renew at 2025! My child is 7 years old, he has grown out of this magazine and doesn't find it interesting anymore. Why should I waste money and being forced to pay for them? There is no phone number available for this company, nobody to speak to. Very frustrating indeed! I will tell all my friends and family not to fall into Okido's trap.

DON’T BUY…

Last year I bought one year annual magazines subscription for four friends as one off gifts. On purchase there was no option showing auto renew. This month I was charged four times of £60 annual subscription though i wasn’t notified at all by Okido. I have tried to sent out emails to them but no luck, being ignored at all. This is truly some unpleasant experience! Charged for £240 for no reason, without my consent as well! And what’s worse, couldn’t even get a decent reply!
