I’ve purchased the mugs from their Newcastle branch, Izzy was extremely helpful, she simply went above and beyond to assist with this order and another item found in their Harrogate branch; I’m thrilled particularly that they’ve arrived safe, much sooner than expected and they are absolutely fab to enjoy a big cup of tea. Because of the great size and design , they complement the room so well when just placed on the coffee table making it look quite opulent, I wouldn’t gave thought.. as they are just mugs :) Thank you , Izzy and Oka!! :)
