Everything was great except for the delayed delivery.

I ordered two items in September, i'm yet to receive them,i want to believe it's all a scam now.

Prompt service delivery, constant communication but the package company used were fraudsters in that we had to pay again for delivery before the goods were released regardless that payment for goods and delivery was done upfront.

Delivery and product were on point. The steam iron is exactly what I expected plus it works perfectly too. I'd definitely be making more purchases.

I still await the refund of one of the items returned on my order number 1043. I actually got a mail that it will be refunded, uptill now I have not been credited.
