I ordered a white masking tape as displayed on your website, you sent yellow

Really horribly. I’m still expecting a refund from items Unavailable on the site and one month later you have refused to do the honourable thing.

The company staff is prompt in responses to enquiries on IG page and delivery is excellent. Products are also of high quality, standard and money for value. #Top notch#

I requested for the price of a rug. Online attendant referred me back to the page despite telling her no price. I was later told TS 24k. I paid. Was later told the price is wrong that I shld add 6k. I did. Got my rug after 2weeks. I wrong, ugly rug was sent to me. I already got the home decors and curtain. How do I tell my client all this has happened?

How you advertise a good that you don’t have and then refuse to refund me is exasperating!
6 weeks gone and you still have refused to refund my money.

I made an order since 3/3/2023 and I am yet to receive it till this time 26/3/2023. It's been morethan 3 weeks and I have been told it has moved but up to this very moment I don't even know the whereabouts of my order.Tracking number isn't showing anything relevant asides the day it left.

The packaging from Oga Discount was put together excellently (no spillage whatsoever).
However, the shipping cost was supposed to be paid/sorted by them (Oga Discount) but that was not the case. Some items I had ordered via the website were unavailable as such some adjustments were made to my order.
I had some outstanding payments due to these changes and I was told that would serve as my shipping cost. When the products arrived, Calabar, Cross River State the story changed. The courier company claimed that payments for all shipping costs are made onsite in their warehouse in Calabar except where there are explicitly stated as such from the Lagos branch. As such the estimated shipping cost was no longer what I was told by an Oga Discount representative.
To cut the long story, I finally paid the shipping cost I was told after a lot of arguments (Note that the vendor insisted on paying for the cost with cash).

My shopping experience with Oga discount and BVFM was a nice one, what you order is what you get. And their Staff are very honest, polite, helpful and understanding, that's why I'm still shopping with them .
I would definitely recommend them.

Item was out of stock. Purchase made on the 28th of November and I am yet to get a refund on the 20th of December

My items came incomplete. And when the delivery was made later on to complete my order, a wrong flavour item.
