OBS Review
I like the quality of the T-shirts and I would like to give 5 stars but instead I gave 4 stars because firstly, I think the delivery was a little too long as I was too excited to wear the t-shirts and secondly, I was offered a 20% discount for my second purchased but the discount doesn't work. However the reply from their customer service was also very prompt and helpful, and I was promised the 20% regardless. So I really hope that I will get back my 20% worth of discount soon.
Thank you, OfficialBandShirts.

I ordered a few shirts all the same size. One is tiny like at least 2 sizes smaller than the rest. One isn’t printed correctly. It took me a minute to email them about it since I am extremely busy and they refuse to do anything. I cannot recommend this company or their products

I have not received my recent order
I have not received my recent order. The local courier in Israel (Cheetah Group) falsely marked the package as 'picked up.'
These shirts are a birthday gift for my wife, so I was forced to order them again. Sadly, the new order is now expected to arrive after her birthday. I would appreciate your immediate assistance in resolving the issue with the missing package and issuing a refund, as well as any help you can provide in speeding up the delivery of the new order.

Svar från Official Band Shirts
Hi Shai, thank you for reaching out. We're sorry to hear about your concerns, especially since these shirts are intended as a birthday gift for your wife. We've reviewed your original order #1302980, and our tracking information shows that the package is currently in transit from the United States to Israel, where it will be delivered by Israel Post. We're not seeing any indication that the package was marked as picked up by Cheetah Group (with which we have no affiliation), so there may be some confusion with another store / shipment.
Please contact our customer service team directly so we can review both orders with you, clarify the tracking information, and assist you further. We appreciate your patience and look forward to helping resolve this!
