Hi, thanks for your order! We understand your concern about the wait. Your order was placed on October 7 and includes items that require 5–10 business days for processing before shipping, as noted on the product pages. I have not received my recent order
I have not received my recent order. The local courier in Israel (Cheetah Group) falsely marked the package as 'picked up.'
These shirts are a birthday gift for my wife, so I was forced to order them again. Sadly, the new order is now expected to arrive after her birthday. I would appreciate your immediate assistance in resolving the issue with the missing package and issuing a refund, as well as any help you can provide in speeding up the delivery of the new order.

Hi Shai, thank you for reaching out. We're sorry to hear about your concerns, especially since these shirts are intended as a birthday gift for your wife. We've reviewed your original order #1302980, and our tracking information shows that the package is currently in transit from the United States to Israel, where it will be delivered by Israel Post. We're not seeing any indication that the package was marked as picked up by Cheetah Group (with which we have no affiliation), so there may be some confusion with another store / shipment.
Please contact our customer service team directly so we can review both orders with you, clarify the tracking information, and assist you further. We appreciate your patience and look forward to helping resolve this!

Ordered 6 items and only received 1 of the items. No update on whether or not I’m getting a second package. Not good for a first time shopper. So I will be asking for a refund at the end of this week if I don’t get a single update on the rest of the items I paid for.

Hi Jesus,
Thanks for your order! We understand your concern and apologize for the lack of clarity regarding your shipment. Your order includes items that require 5–10 business days for processing, as noted on the product pages. We sometimes ship orders in multiple packages so customers can receive available items sooner. Three of your six items have already shipped, and the remaining three are expected to ship shortly, within the stated processing timeframe. You'll receive a separate shipping confirmation with tracking information once the remaining items ship. We appreciate your patience and hope you enjoy your new band shirts!

The shirt I ordered took over 3 weeks to arrive, and when in did (to Canada) I had to pay additional fees worth more than the shirts themselves to pick them up from the post office. Would not recommend.

Hi EA,
We're sorry to hear about your experience. International orders can take longer to arrive, and shipments to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees charged by the carrier or local authorities. These charges are separate from the shipping fees paid at checkout and are not collected by our store. We'd be happy to look into your order and review the details, but we weren't able to locate your purchase based on the information provided in this review. Please contact our customer service team with your order number so we can assist you further. We appreciate your feedback and thank you for shopping with us!

Great shirts, will definitely order again!
These shirts look great; fit is perfect, and quality appears to be good (time will tell). I wore the tie-dye Beatles shirt to work on a day when such things are sanctioned, and got several compliments, including the "tsk, tsk" head shake from my boss. :-) Next time I'm in the market for any music-related attire, this is the first place I'll look. Thank you!
