I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Office Furniture Tech has been incredibly disappointing from start to finish.
Firstly, customer service was extremely difficult to get hold of. It took repeated attempts just to speak to someone, emails went unanswered or took far too long to receive a response, and when we finally did get through, the support was unhelpful and offered no real solutions.
Delivery was also much slower than expected, which was frustrating given the amount of money spent.
The biggest issue, however, came when the furniture arrived. Although the quality itself was acceptable, it simply wasn’t quite right for what we needed. We weren’t asking for anything unreasonable—we wanted to see if there was a way to swap or purchase alternative pieces to make the furniture work. There was absolutely no flexibility or willingness to help us find a solution.
Instead, we were told that returning the furniture would incur a staggering 30% restocking fee. On a £2,000 order, that’s around £600 simply for returning an item that was effectively new. That level of charge is, in my opinion, completely disproportionate and feels more like a penalty than a genuine restocking cost.
The whole experience has left us regretting choosing this company. For a business selling premium office furniture, the after-sales service falls well below what you would expect. Once they’ve got your money, don’t expect much help if anything isn’t exactly right.
If you’re considering ordering from Office Furniture Tech, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There are plenty of companies selling similar products with far better customer service, more reasonable return policies and a genuine desire to help their customers.
A very disappointing experience from a company that talks about quality but fails where it matters most: customer care.
