The have lot of software bugs . we continue to experience dropped ERA and we have no clue when to post the payments, untilwe go to our bank account and they figure out to manual post the payments after we hunt for the EOB's from the payer, which is ridiculous. In this day and age at this rate OfficeAlly may not survice.

I have been using OfficeAlly Practice Mate since 2012. I do not use all the services that are offered, but it is very helpful to be able to fill out and print HCFA forms for my insurance clients claims from the website. I used to use the schedule there also, but do not need that anymore. I would highly recommend OfficeAlly, and have to a couple colleagues, and to others that need these plus other Services that are available. Thank you.

Good basic tool. Nothing great. Response time lacks if you ask for new features. I can co.pare officeally is like costco. No bells and whistles but it works.

This is the most horrible company to work with. I do not recommend them. They are not transparent, not helpful, and do not treat customers with any kind of understanding. On multiple occasions, they would not work with me to resolve issues with their billing process and company.

We are happy with the ease of using Office Ally.
We do wish you offered an easy on-line credentialing piece so we could complete the credentialing process once and it could go out to all insuranced we are contracted with. Availity is working on this and has it in effect for two states. We wish you would do the same.

Horrible. They jump between the original (classic) and new moder mode/ look, both have bugs, you can fill out the form perfectly but the claim will get denied, because there are so many bugs in the system, the data on the form does not get transmitted to the insurance company. They will not fix it, you have to go and try to resubmit it, even though it is their software problems. It takes more than a day for them to call back because they have so many problems. This company is a bit scummy, and big waste of time. I could have done better programming when i was in grade 10.

I find Office Ally easy to use, quick and reliable. My only complaint is they ask you to change your password often and the system won't allow you to unless you call them usually. It is always easy to reach them, they are polite and prompt when I need to contact them.

Office Ally is simple to use.
They made changes to their services, but retained the original platform which worked for me. I am a small user and didn't need all the addon changes so keeping the old platform available was perfect for me.

I love using Office Ally. I have not had to contact customer service much at all but when I have, Customer service has been superb! Very quick to respond to any question and or inquiry that I have had. The program is available 24/7 unless updates are being done and I have always received notification as to when the updates will occur. I would highly recommend Office Ally. It is great and a less expensive way to manage your office with the trust and reliability that you need.
