Account Flagged When Payout Requested. This site is not working out, and I simply want to get my earnings and quit using it. When I requested the payout my account was flagged. A support ticket was created, the site demanded that I provide the following information:
1 - In months and years, please confirm how long you've been living at your current address.
2 - Please can you confirm how you found our site (eg. Search, recommendation etc.)
3 - Please can you confirm the subject or requirements of the last survey or offer you completed.
4 - Please confirm the phone number used when registering on our site.
I see absolutely no reason why they need the first, the second is just so they can milk more information out of me, the third they have in their records and as I utilize multiple such sites I do not record every survey, the the fourth, I would be happy to provide.
This is an insane list of requirements that the site basically has no need to know.

Part 1 involved answering the questions you’ve detailed above, & then based on the response a simple “KYC” check was all that was required.
You confirmed you had emailed documents to us, & we had responded several times to confirm that the required documents had not been received. As it later transpires this was the result of you sending them via an email provider with a high risk flag which prevented them from reaching our inbox.
While this issue was being discussed, we offered alternative ways to send documents as it was clear there was an issue.
This was finally resolved when you took up our suggestion to send from an alternative email and you were reactivated a few minutes later.
We then received your withdrawal request, however we spotted the account was incorrect & advised you of this so you can resend this with the correct details.
Banned for no reason
Don’t use this website I just got banned because a survey took away my money and I tried to contact support then they said they can’t do anything about it. Then when I looked a tried to do an offer they said my account was marked as an cheater and I contacted them once again but then they said “ Hi,
You have been banned ofr using fake information on your account.” and then they banned me I thought I could trust this site since I made a decent amount of money but they banned me for no reason and I also verified my account so it would be impossible for me to have fake information smh.

Don’t trust this site at all they just lied about me giving false information or identification even though I used my real id and for them to lie about this shows that they are not trustworthy go to a different site to make money and save your time people.
Don’t believe them at all I literally have email proof that I sent my real id and they saying I didn’t provide my information please don’t trust the website they will steal your information and they will lock your account so you can’t withdraw any money that you have earned.
Also they need to tell people the truth that they close peoples accounts for no reason even the people that rates this site 1 star says the same thing about this website PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME A USE ANOTHER WEBSITE THIS WEBSITE WILL STEAL YOUR INFORMATION DONT TRUST THIS WEBSITE NO MATTER WHAT THEY TELL YOU.
Stop lying to the readers and own up to your own lies that u banned people for no reason even if they REAL ID is real and the admin just banned people who has done nothing wrong literally all of the one star reviews says y’all banned people for no reason by labeling them as an “cheater” and it’s so wrong because the admin still lie about the reason why they ban people this site should honestly be taking down for false information.
Also it’s funny how they also didn’t mention that I have email proof that I showed my true identity smh this is unbelievable stay away from this site.

As per the response you already received, we can confirm that you were correctly banned for our site for committing serious fraud and using fake information to register. You will not be allowed back to our site under any circumstances as that type of behavior will not be tolerated.
Be clear, you did not use your real information to register & have produced no ID to verify the details are real, that is why you were correctly banned from our site. We do not tolerate people registering fake information on our site. We suggest taking responsibility & the resulting consequences of your your own actions, and stop trying to prevent others from earning on a legitimate website by writing false revenge reviews simply because you made bad choices.
If that wasn't bad enough, your now coming back making false claims about stealing information in addition to the other lies you've told. Disgusting behavior showing a complete lack of integrity & respect for the readers of this site but to be expect from someone who thinks it's ok to register fake information. Note we said, you failed to produce a document showing your registered information was real, and that's a fact as is everything else we've posted. Sadly, you cannot say the same.
*As above, we did refer to email documentation you sent, & confirmed it did not match the fake information you registered, therein lies the problem! Registering fake is fraud. It's not fixed by later sending real ID. We notice you fail to acknowledge you registered fake information though.

Due to the issues with Trustpilot, we do not currently approve, support, or promote their services.
