did the lot from a phone on a train because the email had a deadline. passport photo against the seat back. rejected, glare. taken again at the window. rejected, crop, because the app crops by itself and cut the bottom edge off. no setting anywhere to stop that. gave up, waited until i was home, did the same KYC on a laptop in better light, and it cleared straight away. two hours of a train journey for ninety seconds of work at a desk.
