Love my kit and I have to give customer service a 5! They were amazing!
I am only dropping to a 4 because the shipping does take a long time (def not 10 business days as stated), I did have a dent in one of my canvases, but I didn’t want to do hassle of returning and waiting again, and some of the colors are not exactly as pictured- vegeta’s hair appears a super dark blue almost black online, but paint is more a purple.

4.5 stars. It’s almost perfect. Canvas quality is amazing, first few purchases the drills were perfect. There were no miscuts or rough pieces. This last time there were some. It’s not a deal breaker as I just removed them and not put them on the picture. The customer service gets a 10/5 stars, as they shipped me drills that were left out of the original packaging, the next day. I woulda gave 5 stars but if I’m going to pay premium prices I expect premium product and the drills were not. I am still going to order more, they have a HUGE selection of canvases

I bought 4 paintings late June. Never received an order confirmation and the order number either.
Reached out to their CS asking for the information (order number, confirmation and potentially shipping information), giving them my first, last name, date of the order, screenshot of the payment as well as my phone number and they replied back ASKING for the information I WAS ASKING for.
No consideration at all. With the information I provided it was an easy "go to orders page > locate the client by name > send the information asked to the client". As someone that worked with an e commerce platform, it is not difficult. But no, I keep getting passed from person to person and I still don't have the information I asked for.

I originally ordered my 2 sets on May 7th. On May 30th, I received a notice from USPS saying the package didn’t have the proper postage applied & would not be delivered. I ended up finally receiving my package on June 27th.
Even though it took a while to get here, the support staff did keep me fairly updated.
I am very happy with the paintings themselves though! Great quality, & I love the square diamonds.

I am very happy with my purchase, and would highly recommend. I bought 2 kits and unfortunately one of them was missing one of the paints. I emailed them about it, and they immediately got the paint sent to me! It does take a little bit to get delivered to the us due to distance, but worth the wait!

Realized it was ai art after i purchased it no were in their website does it indicate what one is ai and what is human art i wont be buying anymore from them.

Easer order, everything arrived nicely packaged and everything needed to crack on

Took about 2 weeks to receive, it’s coming from overseas so that makes sense. Great quality canvas paper and great quality paints! Also came with a 3 different size paint brushes and they worked beautifully throughout the entire painting process. I will definitely be ordering more!

I noticed many of their paintings were stolen artwork from artists I follow. I commented on one of their Facebook videos that it was ofskysocieties painting they stole in order to give them a chance to fix it and they just blocked me. They claim to be a small family business that make their own art but it is all a lie.

Love this company been going through them for 2 years , wish the travel time wasn't so long but overall worth it in the end. Pictures come out amazing when finished

Il y a beaucoup de choix sur le site, l'envoi prend peu de temps. La livraison peut être plus ou moins longue. Mais ce que je tiens à souligner c'est que le service après-vente/service consommateurs est vraiment au top. J'ai eu un problème avec une livraison et ils ont été très professionnel et surtout très agréable dans la gestion de ce soucis.

Their paint by numbers kits are fantastic and good quality. Can easily lose a few hours working on a piece.

The kit was fun to complete, but some of the colors didn’t match exactly as shown on the product image. It still looks good, but I was expecting brighter shades.

This was my first time trying a paint-by-numbers kit, and I was blown away. The canvas is high quality, and the colors blend beautifully. Highly recommend.

I love how the painting turned out, and the colors are amazing. The only issue was that the smaller brushes wore out quickly. I reached out to support, and they were very helpful in recommending a replacement set. Overall, a great experience.
